The food was literally disgusting it was mostly lettuce. Lately this moes has not been good. The only nice person there is the manager. Honestly I am a regular customer who probably has spent $300 on Moes in the past 6 months and I don’t want to go ever again. I use the rewards and for me to not like it anymore after loving it is not good. The food is cold all the time, chips are stale and it’s never good. Please something needs to be fixed here especially with it not being cheap.

You used to be greeted "WELCOME TO MOES" and I guess they don't do that anymore not sure why, they workers seemed to be not the happiest bunch ...not all of them just the couple that waited on us. Who knows maybe they had a big rush or they were just tired from a long shift ...not sure but the food was on point so that helped.
hello moe's just here to make it clearly some issue that happen yesterday with the order from rosa cruz she asked the lady for one burritos, and birria, i was there with rosa however, the lady clearly heard when rosa told her that she want two order and the employee just gave her one order with mean attitude and in a rush didnt want to hear her about her order rosa felt offended she also pay more for something that she didnt order she. rosa only told the cashier that not how birria it suppose to go with. she also gave rosa some nachos all dry no sauce on it nothing else. i saw the manager wrote on rosa saying about refrain from directin any insults toward your team? by the way rosa was just giving a complain about her order she didnt offend or insults anybody. but is that how you guys treats people in resolving there problem i feel so bad for the team and for the manager the way how you espressed. also manager you told rosa about some such a behavior is unkind???? what behavior? rosa didnt give no ones behavior also the lady she was giving her some attitude for you to say that. from your part sounds unprofessional as a manager the whole entire time she was only asking for her food and also we are allow to complain about some issues that happen with your down crew. pay more attention with your crew. thats all what i have to say for now . thank you so much for your attention. thats all for now. also let me make it clear something. when rosa was on the line she didn't receive rosa, not very well.so before you write about unkind and using the words, check your employee first what they doing and how they treat others with there order.

I got there I wanted to buy two order the Burritos, and Birria. I told the girl I want those two and she gave me just one order I told her listen I wabt a burrito and Birria she did everything wrong she put the Birria meat on the burrito ? and I told her listen i want two order. She said oh yeah I put the meat from the Birria in the burritos, then I say but I want two order she's said yeah is a burritos . I told the cashier that's not how we cook the Birria in a burrito. The Birria was shown on the picture the real Birria. But she didn't gave me my two order wich was Birria and separate burrito different order . She so rude and unprofessional she gave me just the burrito with the Birria meat inside the burrito ? huh I was so disappointed at all. She don't know nothing she looks like short fat white woman. I didn't like it at all. I should not be paying for what I didn't order. But I pay because I was hungry. That lady she don't know nothing at all. And also she was acting in a rush ?. In front of me it was a guy waiting for her. He told me that he still waiting for her because she was too slow. She did everything wrong super wrong omg I hope she gets fired ? and it was today 2/8/24 like around 3:40pm or 4:00pm . Hope the manager takes action. She has to pay more attention for what we like and how many order we wants. SMH ?? I'm Super Disappointed ☹️

I would love to give this place 5 stars to the employees helping me today around 12:01. The food was amazing, and the place was clean. This 2 star is to the young lady standing on her phone. The only way I can describe her is short hair and slim. I'm sorry but it's so disappointing to see people on there phones instead of helping :(

We typically prefer moes to chipotle and others. So we stopped for lunch. Ordered a salad with steak and a homewrecker. Salad was about 9. HW was $11. Both had pretty much same stuff except lettuce vs rice. The $11 homewrecker bowl was LITERALLY barely half as full as the salad bowl. It looked like someone emptied a single taco into the bowl. Not sure what they are thinking. Guess they were counting on folks like us that make the mistake of ordering this. Anyway, we can vote with our wallet. No mo Moe. Definitely not going back.
