O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

The food was good , and the service was amazing ! Our waiter Cassandra was amazing ,and patient with us.

We came in for our anniversary with our 2 children. Loved the layout of the restaurant!
We ordered drinks, took some time to get them but okay no biggie
Then we ordered appetizers which is what drove us here seeing Nashville hot deviled eggs, and the combo.
Both were good specially the tenders in the combo, moist and perfectly fried!
Once we got to eventually order our food after some time, it came out and looked amazing!
My steak was perfectly medium rare! The kids spaghetti, thats a child portion?! So much! My husbands seafood platter looked incredible!
Over all very satisfied with the whole experience
Only thing is there is a bit of a wait but I’d rather wait for good quality food then get “half-assed” oldish food! Will be back!

I have absolutely fallen in love with O'Charley's. I took my dad, who is disabled and in a large wheelchair. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant had incredible seating accessibility. Our server, Candace, was attentive and friendly. She did an amazing job!

The food was incredible. We both had steak and they were cooked perfectly. The food came out pretty fast too, considering it was semi-busy (Sunday lunch). Also, the rolls were delicious.

The prices were very fair, especially considering how high quality the food is. It was just over $50 for two people, each getting a nice steak. I will definitely be coming back here for both special occasions and casual dining out!

I have been here twice now. The first time being almost 2 years ago. The service was terrible then and hasn't changed any since. Our service was more terrible this time. I got the reuben sandwich and had to ask for my dressing because she didnt bring it with my meal. My family had been finished eating and I was just sitting here waiting. Eventually she came back to ask if everything was good. Only after I asked again did she bring it. A total of 20 minutes after my family finished. Super disappointing and wont be back. Its a shame because the food was good. I also want to add that my daughter ordered the chicken tender meal, the server repeated back to her what she sad, when her food came it was totally different from what she ordered. It was a chicken wrap of some sort. Just all in all terrible service every time I've been there.

We used to come to O’Charley’s regularly. Since the removed the Salmon Bowl from the menu, our visits are significantly reduced.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon at about 130. The restaurant was not too busy. We were the only ones in the lobby and we waited a few long minutes before the hostess arrived. She did not greet/welcome us, just looked at me, grabbed two menus and sat us at a table. We waited 15 minutes before our server arrived to take our drink order. At this point we also gave her our food order. We waited another 30 minutes for our food to arrive: a salad and a salmon plank dinner. We enjoyed our food, but the service was incredibly slow. When the check arrived, we paid it right away so we could leave and go about our day.

We always enjoy visiting O'Charley's when we are in Erie. Food was fantastic as always on our server was very attentive. Very rarely were our drinks ever empty. The atmosphere is nice too.

We waited at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes with other guests and no one came to seat us. Finally a young girl came asked how many and said she would clean off a table. The restaurant was empty. Plenty of already clean tables. She then disappeared and chatted up another co worker. At that point we should have left. We were eventually given a table by the bar. The bartender was our waitress. It took forever to get our drinks. Actually it took forever to get anything. Our food arrived cold. My boyfriend asked for hot sauce. She offered Tabasco instead and never brought it. I ran out of my beverage she came by ,I asked for a refill and the Tabasco. She still forgot both. She had 1 couple at the bar. Not busy. The coworkers keep talking to each other. Finally she looked over and it clicked. I forgot her drink and oh crap his Tabasco. Not a great meal. Poor service.
