Bri was HORRIBLE. 33 miniutes to get our drinks? Refills were as slow. Came back with salad and not enough plates. Forever for any refils. 3rd time back she brought the missing salad plate.

Forgot to put in one of the entrees? Blamed the kitchen, said they forgot. Someone else should have stepped in and assisted or taken over. The tables next to us, received equally as horrible service.

The manager was nowhere to be found. Terrible experience!!!

Probably wouldn't go back on a bet.

7-24-2025 was the visit date. Around 830 pm.

Olive garden is far from the early 2000 experience. On this visit their was a large table of children and parents the children were playing tag around the table banging the blinds on the windows all sorts of crazy loudness going on. Staff just allowed it. Our food came out, it was not what we ordered so we waited for the correct food to come out. All while the children ran around . My children just sat and watched as this was going on. Management should have stepped in when they started to bang the blinds on the windows or just the running around tables. It was disappointing.
Waited on food, breadsticks, and drink refills.
This is my second shot and will be my last dinning in experience here. I spent a hour and a half wondering when we could leave.

My grandma and I went out to lunch to the peach Street location in Erie PA and we had this wonderful server named Katie, she was so nice to us and had a bubbly personality and made us want to come back for sure!! Get this girl the biggest raise you can get!!! The food was phenomenal and the service was my favorite part!!

Our waiter Larry was just a ray of sunshine, and our service was wonderful! Probably the best server we've ever had! Came up from Pittsburgh for the weekend and our dining experience here has been our favorite so far. Food was great and hot, everything was delicious and Larry made our whole dining experience so fun, he was the nicest and gave me a rubber duck! If we didn't live farther away, we'd be back all the time!

Found a long hair in my lasagna. Waitress didn't listen and messed up my order for the kids. Overcooked pasta. Just a very crappy experience. Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outstanding Service from Ernie – Thank You!

We had a great experience at the Erie Olive Garden, and I just want to take a moment to highlight Ernie, our server. He was warm, attentive, and had a great energy that instantly made us feel welcome.

You could tell Ernie genuinely cared about giving us a good experience—he was always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. At one point during the meal, he said, “You know what? I’m going to leave the cheese grater with you in case you want more.” And honestly, I was stunned—in all the years I’ve been coming to Olive Garden, no one’s ever done that. It was such a simple gesture, but it made a big impression.

It’s little things like that—thinking ahead, making people comfortable, and going out of your way—that turn a regular meal into a memorable one. Ernie clearly takes pride in what he does, and it shows.

Thank you, Ernie, for making our visit something special. Olive Garden is lucky to have you!
