I usually don’t leave reviews, but after a very stressful week, I wanted to share my experience before returning to school. Matt made my week with his charisma and kindness—they were exactly what I needed. I was upset to hear that another customer was rude to him because he’s truly a delight. From a customer’s perspective, you are very lucky to have him. I would even come back from Pittsburgh just to say hello. Thank you, Matt!
