I should have run when they asked if I want my grilled cheese cooked.... It went downhill from there. They put mayo on the inside of a grilled cheese and apologized that it doesn't say it on the menu, but that's an old menu. It is heated enough for the bread to be hard and taste stale but the cheese isn't even melted. They couldn't figure out how to count change back and when I said is there anything else on the sandwich or with it that isn't on the menu they said no and put a pickle in. I said I don't like pickles they said all of our sandwiches come with one. Absolutely, will not be back! $10 for greasy undercooked grilled cheese and a bag of chips, gross 🤢 I miss subway at the mall and that's saying a lot! I think it's so greasy because they say twice buttered but then don't cook the butter into the bread 🤷♀️

My mocha was barely warm and when I asked if she would steam it longer - she microwaved my drink - cup and all. Plus, she was not pleasant about having to take my drink back. I’ve had very similar experiences at this same location - next time will go to Dunkin or Starbucks - at least they are nice.

I don't know where to begin, other than walking in to a poorly ran store with what tasted like re-heated watery soup, I ended up having horrible service from a manager on duty named Jennifer, and she wouldn't care to hear or resolve any issues I had, I wouldn't recommend this place and I do hope that something happens soon.

Food is great and so are the workers. It's nice having an alternative to chain restaurants in the food court serving more heavily processed stuff. Unfortunately when I visited, both restrooms had "out of service" signs taped over the doors.

Google states the hours of the Millcreek Mall location is 9:00 am. My son and I went into the Pampered Palate at 9:59, because the doors were open, and the girl working looked at us and said, "We are not open." I said it says online you open at 9:00 a.m. She then says to us, "Nah, Nah, Nah."Needless to say, you lost our business. Please teach your employees better customer service.

Zero stars if I could- stopped in this morning (it’s Black Friday) and other than myself there was 3 other people.Ordered a large chai and a large eggnog fluff latteBoth were TERRIBLE tasted like water- that.is.it. No chai no coffee flavors just water.Went back in and very politely asked for my money to be returned so I could go to Dunkin’ and get an actual coffee.Was treated horrible by the staff!After thinking about what I saw as the barista made my drink I now realize she didn’t make an eggnog late, she just did coffee with milk?… regardless this place has very bad drinks and the staff is lacking people skills.*** Black Friday 7am and there’s 4 people in the place, meanwhile Dunkin has a 30 person line… there is a reason for that.

Nice friendly staff, always greet you with a smile and a hello. Great service, always hot coffee and quality food. Relaxing atmosphere. WI-FI, indoor or outside seating. Nice place to kick back.

Absolutely disappointed in the place. stood at the counter while being ignored by all employees. finally got order placed. Coffee was cold. bagel sat on counter getting cold again while the employees ignored it. Had to ask them to please hand me my food before it's too cold. missed jelly on the order. another 10 mins waiting for it. The butter was completely frozen. No way to spread it at all...... Ended up paying for cold coffee and cold food that got thrown away!!! Told them I was unhappy, I received an ok and smirk. Completely disrespectful. Complete waste of money. Will never return again
