My sandwich & soup were okay but the scones were extremely dry & the cashier was rude. she had a horrible attitude the entire time we were ordering... The tables were extremely dirty. Crumbs/spilled soup/sauce, leftover knapkins, used spoons/forks/& the floor was covered in debris like crumpled up straw wrappers.

I ordered a tuna sandwich on line, picked it up and brought it home. This is what I found when I opened it, a live stink bug (see photo). I have reported this site to the PA board of health. You would be foolish to eat here.

Cobb Salad was a very 1st time bad experience. Wilted lettuce,soggy bacon,old tomatoes,avocado old... threw it out... never again. Lemon drink tainted with old lemons.

Horrible experience. Ordered a FULL dipper meal AND a half dipper meal with Mac n cheese and paid almost $30 for it. Not only did they forget the full dipper meal, we came back to receive what they forgot to put in our bag and was only told we paid for a HALF and not the full meal. Instead of arguing, we simply had to walk out with half a dipper to which they also forgot the dipping sauce. Avoid this location at all costs. Not worth your time and money.

Crazy how there are absolutely NO PICTURES FROM CUSTOMERS of any food or of their (Panera’s) menu. Probably cuz they don’t want you to see what they are really serving and they don’t want to see how ridiculously priced their food is. At at Panera once and paid way too much for a tiny sandwich that looked nothing like the pic in the menu. Hard pass

Food was alright. They were feeding homeless people while I was there. Pestered me asking for food and left their stuff in the middle of the tables/seating area kinda in the way of my table. The frontera chicken sandwich had a very odd flavor and I couldn’t eat it. The sandwich was also extremely salty and soggy. I have never had bad food at Panera before but this was terrible. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

We recently went to Panera in Oak Park NY. I had the Fuji salad and it was fabulous. Everything was fresh and done yo perfection. We decided to try the one in Harborcreek PA. It was terrible. My great NY fuji salad came without the apple chips, almonds instead of pecans, very little dressing, and the chicken was not fresh. Plus the bread on the side was stale. On top of that, the AC was so cold I could not enjoy my meal. I do not expect to be returning to Panera in Harborcreek PA.
