Walked in and was not greeted by the young lady behind the counter. The fountain area was disgusting and two soda flavors were out of syrup. There was a dirty rag sitting out. The dining area was filthy. Garbage under tables, almost every table was dirty. Girl behind the counter could have been cleaning up the dining area...it was NOT busy. My sandwich was good. My husband says Campbell's soup is better.

Ordered three sandwiches to go. When home found the worst sandwiches I was ever served. The bread was rock hard. At home I needed a knife to break through. Inside was a 1/2 of an egg scrambled. One tiny sliver of bacon, and a miniscule amount of cheese. I had to remove the top of the bread just to see if anything was inside. This is what I got for 20$. It was a to go order so I didn't go to the counter to complain or request a refund. I also will not be at the counter to order again!

PANEAR BREAD:STOP IN FOR A LOAF! A joke of a slogan if you ask me, or anyone on the street for that matter! Low tier bakery at best, top tier soupery at worst. Bad cookies. Poor bagel selection too! I can get triple threat raisin at my step brothers deli 4 days a week! U cant keep me from the teas though... in a dirty little tea demon when it comes to those wholesome unsweetened flavors. WA-HOW! W-O-W! I HONESTLY REALLY LIKE THAT ONE GRILLED SANDWISH THING THEY DO TOO, CANT REMEMBER THE NAME. BABRBARA RECOMMENDED. sorry caps lock was on

Guy at the register with a toothpick in his mouth rang us up, called me loud for no reason, then got my order wrong. If I’m so loud how do you still manage to ring up the wrong thing?!?

Got an iced coffee this morning with "extra" half and half. It was the color of regular coffee with the extra. Coffee tasted like it was burnt and sat on the brewer for way too long. This has happened before but only at this location. Figured I'd try again, maybe first time was a fluke, but apparently not.

Was there Sunday late afternoon to get coffee and bakery items...Had the worst experience ever with this panara!!!Would not make me decaf coffee. I have the unlimited membership!!!West side stores are the BEST!!!

Panera is way over priced. I can eat at a better restaurant for how much you spend. My salad was marginal and I had to pick through the lettuce to remove spoiled parts. The chicken sandwich is very expensive for what is it as well. Spending $25+ on a full size salad and sandwich is regular restaurant dining prices when I consider Panera close to fast food.

Bethany is by far the best employee- she is wonderful at her job and has even memorized my sip club order which makes swift work in the morning.BUT, there are a few employees who are very rude the assistant manager hannah isn’t very friendly..
