The food is seldom exactly as ordered. I always ask for extra sauce and many times there is almost no sauce on most of the pizza. Also, they only give you a 1 ounce cup if you ask for sauce on the side and they never fill it all the way. But they still charge the same price as when they gave the sauce in 2 ounce cups.

Ordered through door dash, got a stuffed crust pizza and the crust and some of the pizza had uncooked dough. I called them and they said they would send a new pizza to me. I then called 2 hours later and the person that answered said they didn't send me a new one because its door dashes problem. Door-dash didn't undercook the food. Thanks for ruining my dinner. Don't say you’re going to fix the problem and then ignore it like incompetent employees!!!!!!! So if you want uncooked pizza this is the place to get it.

The first time here the food was ok. The second time I walked in and watch this lady touched someone's chicken without gloves on & put it in the oven. Came over and touched my money without washing her hands. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING and my food was dry.

Finally a great NY style pizza in Erie area. This location also makes really good wings that are competitive in price & quality with (2) other pizzerias close by.
