I visited this pizzeria after going to one of the indoor water parks in town. The customer service was top-of-the-line and the pizza was just as good. I got the pepperoni and the supreme for my family and everyone was satisfied the pizza was price friendly and it was fresh. I highly recommend this pizzeria when visiting Erie, Pennsylvania.

So a pizza of mine came to me with the toppings skewed to the side. I wasn't very happy, and I was dealing with other stuff, and didn't want to call the place to get a replacement so I just took a picture and posted it on here with a less than stellar review. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I feel that if I write the good, I should also write the bad.
The man who delivered my pizza saw the review/picture pretty quickly and without even calling showed up on my doorstep not long after with a replacement pizza that looks great (see attached photo). I wasn't expecting it, but he took full accountability and made it right. I deleted the other review so I could write this one to tell the story in its totality.
I give the pizza a 8.1/10 (that's high for me), the service a 9.5/10, and the integrity a 10/10.
