The cashier came over to seat us. No greeting, no smile. She went to find us a booth. She came back and threw our silverware down on top of the counter and said she had to clean a table. Someone else (very pleasant) seated us. I asked for different silverware. Our server was excellent and so was the food. I used the restroom before leaving. There was no toilet paper or paper towels (thank goodness for the tissues in my bag). The same worker was at the cashier counter. I walked up to tell her there were no toilet paper or paper towels in the restroom (with my hands dripping wet) to which she replied “ Yeah, I’m getting to it” with a not so nice look or tone. Hopefully she finds a job she is good at and enjoys.

We were the only family in the building. Our server was very sweet an very attentive. I didn't catch her name, but she was great! Food was great. We always enjoy perkins when we get to go out. Will be returning when in the area :)

Perkins has really went down hill and now I remember why I stopped going here. We waited 10 mins to be seated Then we ordered 3 drinks, she brings 2 out. I'm thinking she's going to get the other one, after approx 15 mins I had to ask for it. She had forgotten about it! I ordered an omelet with no peppers or onions with breakfast potatoes. I was brought an omelet loaded with both onions and peppers and hash browns. It was so gross I took it home and fed it to my dog! She realized the order was messed up but it was too late to recook it because they were about to close. So I thought she would take it off the bill, no such luck! Left there hungry and disappointed!
The place is run down the bathroom is horrible so small, I'm pretty sure it's not handicap accessible. The windows are crap they let a draft in. Makes you feel like you're eating outside in the freezing cold. There is always a wait for service even if you get one of the few servers that have been there. It could be a good place if it put some effort in, but apparently, that's too much.
