This is a tough review because the staff is trying so hard to do a good job. But whoever owns this is letting them down. I get that times are tough, and your probably leasing the building. But come on... do better. It's run down. Food portions terrible. But again... kudos to staff you successfully managed to lessen my anger. And the rescue apple fritter was actually outstanding.

Post 2020, what a world, Perkins is like Mom's lemon merengue pie available by the slice. The problem is, in post 2020 world inflation and costs have gone crazy. Perkins is an amazing place, still serving breakfast any time of the day, however it is now nearly 50 out the door for two on two breakfast entrees a side of sausage and a drink. The food is consistent and comes as ordered and always tasty. The bill now reflects entrees at a 300% increase from 2020, definitely puts a bit of a bad taste in your mouth.

Me, my kids and their dad came here yesterday for dinner, James was our server and he did great! Super friendly, definitely personable, I have worked in the restaurant industry for a long time so I love coming across a really good server with a GOOD FRIENDLY PERSONALITY. he was on top of everything, got refills without being asked. So shoutout to James!

The Perkins on Buffalo Road in Erie is absolutely disgusting. Everything is dirty, food on the floor, tables and walls. The bathrooms are filthy and smell like urine. (Like they haven’t been cleaned ever) We went here for breakfast and after being there for a few minutes decided to leave. If the dining part of this place is as filthy as it is, what does the kitchen look like? We were not willing to find out. Place needs a deep clean and inspection.

This may have been the best Perkins experience I've ever had. The last three times I've visited a Perkins have all been in three different locations--Edinboro, Peach Street and now Harborcreek. Harborcreek has the others beat in every category.

I swear Perkins has sorcerers conjuring up pancakes in the back because I can never make them this good. Best pancakes! My wife loved the seafood there too.

Food seemed old, chocolate shake was sour.
