I cannot put words to describe how we were treated. When you sign up to work, you sign up to make the items on the menu. Yet when I simply ask for a smoothie i’m presented with rolling eyes and a conversation in front of customers stating how “they’re not doing this.” I’m so displeased due to the fact that this used to be my favorite place to go.

the tea i got was horrible, can i come get a refund today if i come in store ? i got the peach teach yesterday right after i locked my phone and key in the car.. the service was perfect but the product was veryyyy bland.
No vanilla. No chocolate. Threw mine out. Spraying the walls with window cleaner right next to us while we are sitting there???

This is a great place to get frozen yogurt I openly told them about my peanut allergy and they made to get the toppings I wanted from there fridge underneath in case of any cross contaminating. I am greatly appreciative for that and it was very affordable too if you’d be yourself or a friend I recommend going

Pretty good but the customer service/experience could've been better. We found a group waiting for someone to come to the front and waited with them for a bit before anyone came to welcome us to the store or ask us if we wanted anything. Otherwise, making suggestions that a flavor might not go well with something can prevent people who are new to froyo from making bad flavor combinations. Thanks.

I went for the vegan ice cream option and it was a delicious and refreshing vegan coconut milk based ice cream after a hot day at the lake. Lots of toppings to choose from. The person working was nice. The price was reasonable for a medium ice cream with toppings. I read a lot of bad reviews and almost didn’t go but it was good, had a nice time.

Read this for an HONEST review!This is going to be long⚠️I was in tonight and was served by a girl named Delaney and she was the manager. She was the rudest server that I have ever come into contact with at a place like this. When I walked in I asked to try the new barbie land berry flavor and then after that, I asked to try the pomegranate. When I asked for a second sample she gave me the dirtiest look. After that I had decided to go with a small cookies and cream but asked for it in a medium cup because I was driving and didn’t want the toppings to spill all over my car. When I asked for that, her mood instantly changed. I was met with unprofessionalism and rudeness. She could have easily said that she would have to charge me extra for the medium cup but instead she threw her hands up and yelled about their policy. After I told her to charge me for a medium she had the audacity to tell me that she would give me extra toppings. After I said I was done with my toppings she also said “that’s it” like she was surprised that I didn’t want more toppings because she was charging me for then anyway. When I got up to the counter to pay she walked over and whispered in the cashiers ear to not charge me for the toppings. I wasn’t mad at the fact that she wouldn’t put a small amount of ice cream in a medium cup, I was mad about how she treated a customer. Not to mention it was crowded tonight compared to other nights. Whoever the guy was that was working tonight (7-6-23) was amazing. He handled everything with professionalism.

I order from here almost daily! The original tart yogurt with toppings - it's addicting it's soooo good!!! Love this place~!

We enjoyed our trip to Pinkberry. I personally find it rather expensive and you only get what they give for toppings. Other similar places let you serve yourself after you pay a set price for the frozen yoghurt.

Pretty good frozen yogurt. Wide variety of both base flavors and toppings. Workers are nice and let you sample different flavors before you order. The inside of the restaurant is kept clean. In the warmer weather, there is an area to sit outside as well. Not too expensive either.
