The breadsticks seem to have changed. Not sure if it is just this pizza hut, but they are overly dark (like dark brown), and cruncy on the outside and not very soft on the inside like they used to be. This has happened the past few times I have ordered. Might just look for a different pizza hut to order from.

Watched a girl make a pizza without gloves. Walk over to use the work phone, ring someone out, then go back to making the food item without gloves or washing hands.
Food inspector should be notified.
I pointed out what was going on to another employee concerning this cross-contamination
And he claimed it was different because they have their own policies there
As a member of the food industry for over 30 years I asked him to define how this was not a clear representation of cross contamination
And he said - we pass our inspections so we are ok.

Placed an 40$ order at 9pm so me and my family can eat. Got charged for the order just for them to never show up with the food. When I spoke with customer service,I was then told I had to wait til the store open again to get my money back.

When I ordered extra cheese I’d expect to get some cheese on my pizza I order extra cause they don’t put enough on but the lack of cheese it was mainly sauce horrible experience
Pizza and breadsticks were amazing just shocked when we watched the delivery guy walk out with a beer in his hand to deliver pizza! Then he came back carrying it in with him stumbling as he walked in wow! We got out of there before he is back on the road for another delivery!

Was weird. We called first time and couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear us because there was dogs barking in their background so second call was weird too cuz they wouldn't let us pay with card even though it was kind of sketchy to me anyway so I guess I'd rather not pay with card. But we got 2 large pizzas that weren't very big, an order of breadsticks and a 2 liter of soda. It came up to 60$. That's crazy. Thought it was even more of a scam after that and they were saying they couldn't break change so to have exact change and hung up. After 60$ I feel like we shouldn't of tipped but they got a good tip because we didn't have exact change lol. We were just visit erie PA so we were excited to get pizza hut because we don't have one very close to us. But I think they might cheat ppl that are visiting the state or something. Was odd. Food was great though lol ♡
