I just drove 30 minutes to Erie to get pizza from Pizza Hut and 30 minutes back because the one near my home has closed. I got home and discovered there is no sauce on the pizza. Like none at all. It's cheese and bread. I will not be making that trip for pizza again, there are other options around.

The breadsticks seem to have changed. Not sure if it is just this pizza hut, but they are overly dark (like dark brown), and cruncy on the outside and not very soft on the inside like they used to be. This has happened the past few times I have ordered. Might just look for a different pizza hut to order from.

Watched a girl make a pizza without gloves. Walk over to use the work phone, ring someone out, then go back to making the food item without gloves or washing hands.
Food inspector should be notified.
I pointed out what was going on to another employee concerning this cross-contamination
And he claimed it was different because they have their own policies there
As a member of the food industry for over 30 years I asked him to define how this was not a clear representation of cross contamination
And he said - we pass our inspections so we are ok.

Placed an 40$ order at 9pm so me and my family can eat. Got charged for the order just for them to never show up with the food. When I spoke with customer service,I was then told I had to wait til the store open again to get my money back.
We ordered a tavern style pizza and the website said 12.00$. I went to pick it up and they charged my card 22.00$. They are bait and switching. Called customer service and they said we would be contacted but nothing

When I ordered extra cheese I’d expect to get some cheese on my pizza I order extra cause they don’t put enough on but the lack of cheese it was mainly sauce horrible experience

Pizza and breadsticks were amazing just shocked when we watched the delivery guy walk out with a beer in his hand to deliver pizza! Then he came back carrying it in with him stumbling as he walked in wow! We got out of there before he is back on the road for another delivery!
