Was weird. We called first time and couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear us because there was dogs barking in their background so second call was weird too cuz they wouldn't let us pay with card even though it was kind of sketchy to me anyway so I guess I'd rather not pay with card. But we got 2 large pizzas that weren't very big, an order of breadsticks and a 2 liter of soda. It came up to 60$. That's crazy. Thought it was even more of a scam after that and they were saying they couldn't break change so to have exact change and hung up. After 60$ I feel like we shouldn't of tipped but they got a good tip because we didn't have exact change lol. We were just visit erie PA so we were excited to get pizza hut because we don't have one very close to us. But I think they might cheat ppl that are visiting the state or something. Was odd. Food was great though lol ♡

I have. Even ordering extra cheese on my pizza and paying for it, yet the last 4 times that I have ordered and paid for- I don’t get the product that I ordered!! So frustrating!!!

The large, stuffed crust pizza was delicious. The only thing wrong was that we ordered the whole thing with pepperoni, but only 1/2 had pepperoni!

We got there right when they opened- the girl was super friendly & personable! The food was excellent!! We'll go back, for sure!! (Not much seating, which was ok with us because we wanted our food to go.)Parking: Shared parking lot with a couple of other businesses. Plenty of space.
Pizza Hut is literally scamming delivery drivers on gig apps! How can they charge a 4.00 delivery fee when it's not even a pizza Hut employee delivering the order! No winder why the customers don't tip! They probably assume that we get that fee or part of it passed down, when that not the case and does not happen! Shame on pizza Hut! Greedy company!

They are very rude to door dashers coming in to pick up orders.; complaining about dashers coming in too early and expecting the orders to be ready…I never complained when they told me there was a wait time but they rudely talk about you in the back loud enough to

Tried to order the free book it pizzas on the app for my 4 kids, can only do 1 per order. Try to do a second order and can only do 1 order per day. Call to just place an order at the store, apparently it's an answering agency now that does orders, they aren't even local. Took an hour to FINALLY get transferred correctly to the actual store where they placed a second order with the free pizzas.So go back to the actual store answering the phone not an answering service.The staff at the store were absolutely incredible though

they only gave me one order of fries when I ordered two. Lady on the phone tried to say my one order was two but it was still very few fries. they did not even offer to re deliver my fries that they forgot. lady on the phone sounded kinda rude also.

Ordered a delivery to go. We were extremely disappointed to open up the family box with our food in it crushed at the bottom bc of the box being held the wrong way. It's just frustrating to see what u paid for left some of the pieces basically destroyed. In addition, the box includes pasta. When we saw the pizza had been ruined, seeing that no lid was on top of the pasta threw us off as well. It's just a little concerning and odd it was not secured as it should be. I would not recommend.
