Delicious food, nostalgic memories, great family dinner place. Wasn’t busy, manager was waiting on our table & the counter, did a great job! He was pleasant & had a great sense of humor! We’ll definitely be back!

When we went into the restaurant for dinner I immediately went to try to wash my hands before eating, but the bathroom was occupied. After about 10 minutes the guy in there came out. I immediately went in. The cook went number 2 and didn’t wash his hands. The sink was bone dry. The soap dispenser was empty and just didn’t seem to be working. Either the power to it was disconnected or the batteries were dead. I walked out and back to our table to tell my family we’re canceling the order and leaving. Something tells me none of the male employees at this location are washing their hands after using the bathroom.

My family isn't picky with pizza, but not including all the toppings ordered or explaining that your location ran out of bacon or minced garlic was rude! I appreciate the free pizza since it was the second order in a row they screwed up, but I won't ever be back at the Peninsula Drive location - and not likely to another Pizza Hut. I'll be ordering from local restaurants because they're better (food quality and portions) and less expensive for specialty pizzas.

The pizza was not only under-cooked, by a long shot, but it was so badly cut i could not pull any slice apart. After 30 some years of eating pizza hut pizza, I am very disappointed. I always thought you guys were top of the line, you know, best in class. Before this i have never had a bad pizza. This was disgusting.

What a GREAT Pizza Hut! This place is VERY clean, everything is new, and the customer service was awesome! Andrew was our server and he was attentive, polite, and very quick. It was a cold, snowy night and he directed me to the warmest table. Our food was delicious, came out piping hot! It was a really great experience and we will be back soon! Thanks!

Tried to order from app, app needed update. 20 minutes later, tried again. App looks cool, still non functional. Website order was difficult but worked, kept forcing me back fo broken app. Ordered pizza, was quoted 25-30 minutes. 35 minutes later no movement on order tracker. At the hour mark I received a notification that my order was passed to door dash, odd no mention of that before. An hour and 10 minutes in my dasher was waiting for pizza. Hour and 30 minute mark he left the store and came directly to my house. Verified with door dash. He presented me with a cold pizza. Clearly not his fault. Just a suggestion, instead of constantly making the apps look better, focus on making it WORK and there is no excuse for the cold pizza I received. I hate leaving negative reviews, check my history. Sadly there was no silver lining to this one for PizzaHut. Door dash dude was cool tho

Super pleasantly surprised by this location in Erie! Have been let down at other Hut’s but this was nice. The inside of this place is really cute because it has a lot of old school throwback decor. “Book It” even gets referenced and they were playing all the 00’s jams. Millennial dream.
The service was awesome and was thankful for how attentive our server/owner was for my family and I. Friendly and fast service you can’t beat it.
The hand tossed pizza dough was so good but the cheese wasn’t the best quality. The breadsticks were soft and hot and that made up for the weird cheese.

As soon as my family and I got inside the employee at the counter greeted us and asked our seating preferences she then showed us to our seat and named off a few different beverage options then brought back our drinks and took our order she then brought our pizza's to our table which WAS MADE EXACTLY HOW I WANTED!! OUR WAITER WAS ONE OF THE NICEST FRIENDLY AND ON TOP OF THING'S THAT WE'VE HAD IN A WHILE ? SHE TOOK HER TIME TO ENSURE THAT SHE GOT OUR ORDER CORRECT BEFORE WALKING AWAY SHE EVEN STOOD AT MY TABLE AND COLORED W/MY DAUGHTER ON THE COLORING SHEET SHE GAVE US WHEN SEATED IK ITS JUST PIZZA HUT AND NOT A GOURMET RESTAURANT BUT SHE GAVE US THAT KIND OF SERVICE SHE GAVE US THE WORLD NEEDS MORE SERVERS LIKE HER.

This was a very bad experience we asked for a stuffed crust and salads and they said ok and went away but came back and said they had none of it. They said this then Someone else got a salad. The server was clumsy and had no idea what he was doing. When they said they didn’t have stuffed crust we asked for a pan pizza with onions on half of it with extra chess on all of it. This pizza came over with a full pepperoni pizza. So then we had to wait another 20 min for pizza and he said he would give a discount which was the only good thing about this. There cinnamon sticks were really buttery and had no cinnamon. Also the waiter was giving me a death eye every 5 minutes and we had to see him running around and stressing about everything. Overall this was a horrible experience I recommend going to five guys next door instead.
