I would give it a zero if I could. The past 2 times the service has been horrendous. I ordered a pizza online, got the message that it was ready, went inside and got cashed out. But the pizza had never been made. They went on to tell me “how busy they were”. The place was empty, the parking lot was empty. I did not have time to wait. Now it’s a monumental task to get my money back. Unless you have an hour to wait for a pizza, try somewhere else. Maybe I will go back there when they get new employees. This was the second time in a month this has happened to me.

Went in and asked about dairy free options and not one person had a clue.the manager just said no! And walked away. She looked like a crackhead. The tables were all still dirty from lunch and there was no one in there and it was an hour and half after lunch.

We come to this Pizza Hut from Buffalo a few times a year and it's great everytime. The staff is great even though they're usually busy and have never had a problem with our order (usually just pan pizzas and bread sticks) and everything is clean.

Very disappointing that they use doordash for delivery even when you order directly from the restaurant. The Doordash drivers always stop at other restaurants and your pizza is usually room temperature when you receive it. Go back to paying your own employees to deliver.

Something just didn’t taste right. I think Pizza Hut changed their cheese to a cheaper blend. It’s the not the Pizza Hut we grew up on, folks. It’s just cheap corporate junk. So disappointed. Never again.

We were excited to see a dine in Pizza Hut while in Erie. This location looked "modern" compared to old school Pizza Huts. When we arrived, we were greeted by a young male, Andrew. He asked that we seat ourselves where we could find a clean table. He ended up being our server, too, because he appeared to be the ONLY server in the not busy restaurant. The food was mediocre and overpriced. While somewhat friendly, Andrew always seemed in a hurry and was rushed. Based on our experience, we won't be returning to this location.
I recently had the Big New Yorker pizza and I was surprised how good it was. It's been years since I had pizza hut and will probably get it more often now.

Ordered the food online and picked it up. Had to tell the boy working that the Alfredo was missing and we asked if we could have a few plates, forks and napkins and then he hurriedly gave like 40 plates, 30 forks and tons of napkins which for a business is a cost waste cause tried to say that’s too many and he shrugged his shoulders and went away. It’s not his money to worry about wasted. Then we take our stuff out on a boat that we rented for vacation and went to eat it and the pizza was super dry and stale tasting and same with the breadsticks. The Alfredo and bbq wings were in between. Even the meatballs on the pizza were like dry and stale like tasting. We’ve eaten Pizza Hut pizza many times but this was the first time from this one in particular. We tried to call them while we were on the boat twice but got no answer. Eventually got a hold of them like an hour and a half later. A boy named Nick answered the phone and said he’d tell a manager and the one girl in the background was yelling that is the pizza with no sauce and we said no our pizza was to be with light sauce on 2 of the 3 pizzas. The manager Sharee (possibly misspelled the name) got on the phone really snooty and changed from that she made the pizza and measured the sauce meanwhile before that the one was yelling about it was no sauce but it changed when we said we have the slip right here that says light sauce. Regardless even the pizza that was to have regular sauce tasted the same. She said well you took the pizza and left with it so there is nothing she’s going to do about it and that there was nothing wrong with it. Most people that pick up an order do take it and leave with the pizza and then when they get home or wherever they’re going to eat it then open up everything and then taste/eat it. So of course we left it. If we had any idea that it was the way it was, we would of went right back in but opening it out on a boat that was rented for 2 hours, we couldn’t quite do that but we did call while we were on the boat. We asked for someone above her or corporates number and of course she didn’t have any other numbers. She said she follows everything by the rules and that’s how the place there is ran and we also said well then I don’t think the other employees if following rules would be carelessly giving so many plates, forks and napkins and not caring about the cost for the place lost on that. We’ve never had this type of experience. Hoping this was a bad day for them and that the food tastes better other times. Based on our experience here, we do not recommend this Pizza Hut in particular.
