Worst experience ever!! I have ordered from this location multiple times and never had a problem..until tonight, My pizza never came. When I called they put the delivery driver on the phone who insisted my address didn't exist. Asked repeatedly if I was SURE this was where I lived. Ummmm..only for 24 years!! Was told my order was cancelled and the pizza was thrown out. So here I am hangry and tired. Never again.

Service sucked and we waited for ever to get our check and everyone doing nothing but walking around and when we asked about it they all said we could have came up and got our check and the one server was wearing a cowboy hat well working and they never checked on any of they customers for anything

Recently I visit the restaurant with friend,we were attended by gentleman mohamed,who greated us warmly and the food was super đ đ stuff are friendly. I really like the service Thanks Mr mohamed.

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and 16 medium buffalo wings to feed four people. The toppings on the pizza was over cooked and the cheese was hard but the crust was severely undercooked. They couldnât even bother cutting the pizza, I had to do it myself. There was only one wing out of 16 that had any sauce. The employee said âstuffed crust is only cooked for a few minutesâ which I donât think serving customers raw pizza dough is pizza huts goal. I only buy stuffed crust pizza, but from a different hut location and the crust is never doughy and undercooked. The Peach st location is the best location.

Itâs a classic Pizza Hut. The service was amazing each time, I order online. Really nice girl working counter too, makes it worth the visit just for the excellent service provided
Parking: Parking is easy to find, multiple entrances and lot surrounds the perimeter of building
Kid-friendliness: Good lighting and seating. Plenty of seats and divided areas to keep it quieter

I got my food n went home to my Airbnb pizza was cold old n the wings had no sauce n I had to heat them up just poor service I don't know if it was an hour before closing but never again

I called this past Friday night and I live downtown on 11th and French Street 1st I called the Buffalo rd location and they told me that they don't deliver in your location and I told them why well sir they told me cause you are out are district we don't drive as far past the 900 block of the bayfront connector I told them our you serious he said yes I'm sure but he told me I'll connect you to the peach street location first the lady answer she was ok but I got the same response we don't deliver to your location and I'm like come on miss you got to be kidding me she was like I'm very sorry I know how you feel then she put her manager on the phone and he was very very rude man said hello who is this what's your name where's your location and I explained everything he's like ohh we don't deliver to your location anymore and I got straight with him is it cause of a bad district I live in he's was like noooo I just told you we don't deliver that far where you live cause your out of are district we don't deliver that far and I got very pissed off at him told him your very rude man that very disgusting of you putting me down like this cause i want a delivery you guys refuse to deliver food to my location cause I live far from you i was like forget you man then i hung up.

My nephew loves this place! Everyone there is so nice. It is always a pleasant experience!!

If you like pizza hut pizza you'll like this place. Ordered to go twice and ate in once by the time of this review. Each time the pizza was cooked properly, the place was clean and the employees were polite.

Seems to only be getting worse, whether it's missing items, incorrect items, wait time, or overcooked hard as a rock pizza. It has got so bad that little ceasers is more appetizing and for 1/4 the price. Their buffalo sauce is still pretty good though.
