Such a huge disappointment. Was expecting something at least comparable to the Strip District location. Nope.
Sandwiches were smaller, fries no longer seem handcut (they may be, they just don't seem to be), the atmosphere was of a trendy modern sports bar. It's too bad they weren't able to keep the old charm of the original location.
Service was so poor that waters were not refilled even though they were emptied before the sandwiches arrive and the server did not return to ask how things were until I asked for the check.
Will not be back.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The waitress ( some white lady short blonde hair) has the worst attitude towards non Caucasian people. We sat there an 2 groups of people got their food before us even the appetizers. Mentioned it to the manager but of course that was no help. Food sucked cold wings an fries. So if you are any other race besides white...please stay away! They will not like you there
They serve a great chicken sandwich in a great atmosphere. They also have good happy hour specials.
