My family was here for my son's 19th birthday. We had never been there before. The employees were nice but could have come by our table more often. My husband and I both got salads but weren't given any forks to eat them with so while the kids were eating their sandwiches, we had to wait until I could catch an employee walking by to ask for forks

The sandwiches were good. I did order the Pittsberger, which they say is their number two best seller (lol) and kind of regret it. I should have known that a hamburger patty in a sandwich wouldn't be a great idea. I won't be ordering that next time, but will instead try something else. Their sandwiches are generally good, though. Our waitress forgot to bring us forks after she said she would. It was an awkward wait with the food in front of us but no forks. We...
