It’s a great time at this cafe! The cats are cute and fun to watch! I got an amazing London fog and some cute cat earrings. We found this place on our disloyalty club tour of coffee shops in Erie county.

Usually I love Purrista, and I’m a long time customer and supporter. Today though, Katie was extremely rude and off putting. She made me feel VERY uncomfortable and I felt very unwelcome by her demeanor and the dirty looks she was giving me. She was very unhelpful and unprofessional. I’ve been a barista before…. It’s not hard to smile and be kind. I am very unhappy with my experience with Katie. If I came into the shop again and she was working, I’d probably walk out. Otherwise, I love everything else Purrista has to offer.

I was searching for things to do while visiting Erie from Cleveland, and decided to vist this spot since I'm a cat lover. Way better than the Cat cafes back at home. At home for the same price you only get to visit for 30 min. Here was $15 for one hour of purr bliss😻 Super clean and the cats have a lot of toys, tree houses/cat furniture and almost all of them were interactive. They seemed to be very acclimated to human interaction which made it very hard to leave without adopting. If I didn't have so many furbabies at home, I would've definitely adopted one or a few 😂😂😂😂 if you can, please visit and consider adopting ❤️

The cat room is so relaxing, I could spend all afternoon in there. There are tons of comfortable seats for humans and cats alike. You are allowed to bring new packages of treats in to share with the kitties, they all appreciate free snacks!

Super comfortable little cafe that also hosts cats to hang out with while you sip your coffee or enjoy a snack. The cats are up for adoption, so if you meet one and fall in love with it you might be able to take it home!

My wife and son had a wonderful time with the cats and the cold beverages were greatly appreciated in a hot day.
The cat area is amazing if you want to spend time with cats. Although there is a charge and reservations are recommended, it is really well done and the cats excel in their role.
The cafe side is exactly what you want from a small coffee shop and is appropriately separate from the car side.
I have a pet dander allergy (although I do take a daily allergy pill) and had no issues with sitting inside with my coffee.
I highly recommend the cafe if you miss the independent coffee shop appeal or if you want to spend time with cats. There is a large window so you can watch cats with your coffee without directly interacting with them if that appeals too.
Friendly business. Appealing vibe. Refreshing beverages and a good selection of baked goods and treats.

Purrista is such a welcoming, wonderful place. Going out into the community is extremely hard for me as autistic individual, but Purrista felt like home. Everyone is so kind, friendly, and helpful. I usually need a companion to interact with staff, but I talked to several employees during both of my visits without any issues! I was also so jazzed to find most of their menu is gluten free. I was expecting just to be able to grab a coffee but was also able to get a delicious gluten free brownie. On top of all of that, we adopted one of the cats we met on our first visit, Caden. When we came to pick him up, my 6 year old son came along and was also welcomed with open arms. One employee helped him operate the little crane game machine and was super sweet to him. I cannot say enough good about Purrista. If you're looking for a great little, inclusive cafe and some kitty snuggles, you've found the perfect spot.

Was passing through today on our way home from a trip and thought that the cafe sounded adorable, so we went for it. The decor and space was nice enough, but the barista who greeted us seemed extremely annoyed that we entered the building at all. Blunt “hello”, kind of a vague glare. I’m not someone who needs to be greeted like I’m the pope, but I don’t like feeling like I walked into someone’s shower or took a dump on their grandpa’s grave.
The coffee in the lattes we ordered was good, but the barista didn’t really know how to steam milk. I’ve been in the coffee business for 6+ years and to hear the screaming of the milk without air added in properly was sorta sad. Lattes ended up not being creamy but instead had witch cauldron level of bubbles.
Wish we had a better time. Glad more people seem to be enjoying their experiences more. I won’t be back.

Tired the gluten free sandwich cookie. very good flaver texture and balance. It has a bit more sugar then od prefer but it was small so I didn't mind. I would definitely buy again.
