Walked in today around 6:30pm, the girl made a noise like saying yeah but was slurred I guess that was my welcome to Rita's can I help you Noize? I ordered a strawberry shake, which was made very well. There was a group of individuals in the back using offensive language wasn't too impressed. Probably won't go back.

Great new staff and always willing to offer help when deciding. Has a great location with great walking distance to many areas in erie while enjoying a treat, and the ice and custard is always fresh! Not to mention the store itself is always clean!

Space is way too small, ice cream is good but over-priced, and the employees don’t know what they’re doing. Asked one about a flavor and she looked at me like I was speaking another language. Toppings are 95¢ EACH and the milkshakes don’t come with any. My partner asked for “whipped cream and extra cherries” and they added cherries to his milkshake BEFORE blending it and a tiny squirt of whipped cream. All in all it’s good for a quick cold treat but I won’t be a regular.

Always a great experience with reasonable prices! They are not over priced like Dairy Queen is! They give you a lot of value for you visit! Wish I had a Rita's closer to me in Buffalo NY!

I went to Rita Italian in Downtown Erie and the staff were friendly. I often order shakes and they were delicious. The building here was recently built, so the inside of the store is bright and clean.

Rita's has an awesome custard and I've got brownie bites and chocolate chip cookie bits in it it was really excellent. And the girls the counter was so patient and nice and very professional and she did a great job she deserves a race so please make sure she gets to raise if you're reading this Rita's but like I said it was an awesome custard Frozen Custard I'm going to come back and try some other things the next time I come and it's a great place. Great it's nice to have Rita's in downtown Erie it's a great addition to Erie downtown so I suggested everybody goes and tries it once.
