We loved this place! We came in with a large group and they were on top of us in full force. Not a single one of us left hungry, we all raved about our meals and the prices were extremely reasonable and portions were perfect. The live band really set the move and made for such a great experience we had a fantastic time, we will be recommending this place to all of our friends to visit when they're in town. Thank you for such a great dining experience!!

I was kinda confused when I got there for my reservation for five, and the rest of my party was sitting at a four person talble. I talked to the waitress, and it was resolved before our food came out.The place was really nice, but the food wasn't seasoned very well, and the cocktails weren't that good. I may try again.. It could have been just an off night.

First time here and we loved it! Atmosphere is great.. I mean you open a bookcase to get into the place.. come on! And the food did not disappoint. We got pear martinis, ribeye and short rib.. it was all cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes were a-mazing! Good music and good service. We skipped the appetizer and went with the Carmel lava and I’m so glad we did! We will be back.

My absolute all-time favorite place in Erie! THE best espresso martinis in all of Erie (trust me, I've tried them all). The food is always so delicious and presented nicely. Love the atmosphere and the staff is awesome. 10/10 recommend!

We spent a few days in Erie for my birthday this past weekend. One of our favorite things to do is explore new places. True to that, we stumbled across Room 33 while we were walking downtown Erie. We popped in to see what this little corner bar was all about and we noticed a live band was setting up. The hostess told us they were playing that night. Covid took away one of my lifelines (live entertainment) so needless to say, we knew exactly how we were going to spend my birthday. We went back to the hotel and got dressed and walked right back to Room 33 and grabbed the last two seats at the bar. The live band was AMAZING. The drinks and service were top notch. And the FOOD!!!! We could NOT find one thing to complain about. We started with short rib sliders and crab cakes and both were perfectly executed. He ordered the short rib dinner and I got the Mac and cheese with chicken. If you are ever in Erie, you have to stop in. You will not be disappointed, I promise. I can't wait to come back!

Ambiance here is always a 10/10! The dark and moody secret library vibes pair perfectly with the unique cocktails they serve here. I've been to Room 33 multiple times before this visit for large group events or just a quick cocktail at the bar. We did not have a reservation and were greeted by a staff member who said she would have to a see if they had any availability for the evening. After 5-10 mins, she had not returned and the line behind us grew. The bartender came out from behind the bar, sat us and some other parties and said a server would be with us. After another 10 mins, no one came so we went to the bar to order. The bartender felt terrible we had waited so long, and gave us our first round on the house, which was incredibly kind! Drinks as always, were strong yet balanced and flavorful. I think the prices are reasonable for the quality. We ordered the bees knees, French 75, black widow, good fella and sazerac, all of which were thoroughly enjoyed :) I'm hoping this night of bad service was a fluke and next time we visit, I'll be sure to update my review!

Service here sucks. The sign says "go to the bar to be seated" but you get ignored. If you're lucky enough to find a table to seat yourself at, you're ignored. The servers are very unfriendly, as are other customers that go there. The environment is overall very unwelcoming, and the food is mediocre at best, so it doesn't make up for the bad service you have to go through to get it.
