This review is not so much for the Erie store as it is Sam's club in general. We had a Sams club in our area and spent alot of money there. So we had the Mastercard with a premium membership. So one day the store just closed and we were unable to use our points which were substantial. We called and complained and were told since our account was closed we were not allowed to use them with our regular membership at a store miles away. So long story short I will never set foot in a sams club again.

it's a great place to purchase name brands and save money on buying bulk. I like the fact that they offer $45 in credit for your first purchase for signing up as a new member.Its really nice for people with large families.

Just left the Sam’s club in Erie, PA. Shocked and disgusted is an understatement. Not one person was cleaning anything. I was at self check out. Thankfully I brought my own wipes because NOT one person was wiping anything down. There were 4 employees within 20 feet just chatting and talking. This as a company should be a priority. However I can tell yours does NOT care! Why a joke. I will NOT return to your store and my corporate memberships are gonna be cancelled. What a joke of a company!!!

Great place to shop, very personal and professional staff, I shop there at least 4-5 times a month, lately there has been issue with the freshness of salads, lettuce and fresh food and fruit quality. I bought mini cucumbers and 5 to 6 days later they were totally soggy.

Have order ready when it's SUPPOSE to be done!!!! Two orders, two different times, NOT DONE! I double checked order, both orders. called for both orders 4 days in advance, whomever answered phone ok'd both orders....went to pick up and not ready AND staff said they were for a different day. Not happy at all. I told several people to NOT place orders in the bakery. I will never recommend them ever again. Two different parties I had, both orders weren't ready. VERY disappointed.
Terrible customer service and totally unhelpful. Maybe you should hire more staff and your store would run more smoothly? 2 cashier's with lines in excess of 10 carts each is terrible management and planning. And maybe you should arrange for the self checkouts to accept cash payments...... would have made this a 3 star rating at least, instead of a 1 star rating. Very frustrating visit. Looking for other options when it comes to bulk buying. Costco is in Ohio......hmm, only the next state over! Looking mighty tempting!

Totally unhelpful and horrible customer service. Only 2 regular check out cashiers were open with lines of 10 carts or more each. Manager would not open more check out lines. There were 8 self checkout lines available but none of those take cash, only card, and guess what? I only had cash. Totally useless to me. So I decide to use the handy-dandy Sam's Club app, Scan & Go (even though I don't have my credit card with me, the app has it saved) ....... this the most useless app on the face of this earth!!! Of all the times I've tried to used it, it maybe worked only 2% of the time! F****** FIX THIS USELESS APP!! PLEASE!! So it takes me about 20 minutes to scan 88 items totaling over $1,000 and then the stupid app hangs and says "Something went wrong"!!!!! NO S*** something went wrong! Sam's Club is still in business, that's what went wrong!! Why can't we have a Costco instead? So then I had still had to wait in the 10 plus cart line to check out! The whole checkout ordeal took over 40 minutes! Total b******** I think I will be driving 2 hours to Ohio to shop at their Costco from now on. I'm done with Sam's Club, they are insufferable!

There is a broad array of QUALITY products/food/baker offerings at excellent prices. The service has always been impeccable....very impressed, indeed! They bent over backwards to accommodate when ordering cakes, and they were high quality, beautiful and delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMMEND.
