I was ecstatic when Sonic came to Erie, PA. I used to travel to Butler, Wexford, and Pittsburgh PA just to get their food. Their food is made to order, so it is fresh when you get it. Their burgers are fantastic and they offer a lot of flavored drinks that are all really good. They serve custard style desserts that are all very good as well. Some menu items are more expensive than others, but you get your money's worth. Service is fast and accurate. Sonic is a reminder of what America used to be like during a more classic era.

Don't order on the app for dine in. They forget all about you. Even asking multiple times about your order you just get brushed off and wait forever. Don't matter if there is several people or no people inside eating.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I ordered through door dash and didn't get a straw with my order. I called door dash who told me they were supposed to have them in the bag, there was no straw. Door dash told me that was Sonic's fault. I called Sonic who told me since they don't deliver there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund, but was told they can give me 5$ in store credit. So now I get a $5 credit for an $8 dollar drink I can't drink. I feel insulted. They should have just refunded me my order, over a freaking straw! Do they not check their orders before they go out???!!!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this place. The place was filthy with no music or anything when we walked in. It took four employees to take my order. None of the employees looked thrilled to have customers.Not shocked in the slightest that no one was inside when I arrived….

First time to a sonic in 20+ years.Not disappointed. My daughter and I loved seeing the staff on skates bringing the food.The burger was tasty with nice ingredients. The steak sandwich was large with alot of meat. The tator tots were nice and crispy. Everything was hot and fastOverall a very good experience, will be back again.Parking: Cool thing to park and have the staff bring your food on skates
