Wonderful service and staff! My drink came out quickly and was great! The atmosphere leaves much to be desired. The bench and seats are pretty uncomfortable compared to other locations (the bench reminds me of Spirit Airlines...), but the staff is great and location is excellent!

I’ve never had anyone go the extra mile like the girl Ashley at the store she’s so sweet and helpfull I wish they had more Store managers like her, but the truth is they don’t 99% of stores aren’t nearly as clean or efficient or good product

Terrible service! General Manager extremely rude and so were her associates. Stopped there on my way to a friends funeral and was late getting there because I had to wait almost 45 minutes for a Venti ice coffee with cold foam. Had to fight off the gnats just to get to the counter to order, and walking across the floor was nearly impossible as it was so sticky( have they never used a mop before???!! 🤢) When I FINALLY got my drink all the ice had melted but by that time I was furious and left. Ended up having to throw my coffee away because it was so watered down. PSA do not stop at this Starbucks!

Cooper wants to thank all the employees for his pup cups all the time! Normally we would go to 12th st. but this one is closer. He may not come with me to pick up our drinks but I can assure you he's real lol, and if I walk in with drinks for everyone or even just for myself and he does not have a pup cup, I will be ignored. So, thank you :) Also, I've been coming in almost daily for pink drinks, cherry chais, mocha frappuccinos, and caramel ribbon crunch drinks. The past few times, they've all been great.

I’ve never had to wait “too long” for my order. I love all the windows and natural light.very clean. Love the location and was never understaffed on one of my many (weekly) visits.

This is the newest Starbucks spot in town. Tried a takeout order for their Spring drinks Cherry Chai latte & Matcha Lavender. The order was done at the promised time on the app. The drinks are delicious. There are many seatings inside as well as in the patio area. They offer drive thru as well.

I understand that this business is a new building with fairly new staff. But I have visited this store several times now with an order ahead and every time I show up, they say they haven’t even started it yet. I try to show up several minutes after my order should already be ready( I do this everywhere I go). Separately this last time that I’ve gone I asked the woman if she had time for a question and she said “uhh you’re gonna have to wait…”after I’ve already waited. Then proceeded to take orders and clean the counter. I ended up leaving - which is why I need to voice concerns here. For this business right now, stay away. They’re understaffed and unable to do things in a timely manner. Waiting 20 minutes for an order ahead, on my way to work is not ideal. I’ve chosen a different place to go for the time being.
