Order a muffin. I was not asked to have it heated. By the time I was able to ear it the muffin was soggy. I prefer a crispy topped muffin not soggy. This process of heating was unnecessary and cost me an additional 5 minutes in the drive thru.
I didn't even order a drink. Had to wait for window attendant to help make drunks vefore I could get my order. Which was a lemon loaf and a muffin.

I love this location in Erie. The atmosphere is great, and the service is phenomenal. The staff is super friendly and greets me each time I walk in. The cafe is the perfect place to study, and the coffee and food are always amazing. Again, huge shoutout to the staff for always being kind. I hope they know how appreciated they are!

This place is usually hit or miss. Most of the time it's good but they almost always forget my caramel sauce on my drink. I usually put extra caramel drizzle too and paying extra to not get it. This has happened twice in the past week. The first time there was barely any caramel and this time there wasn't any at all(see pic). I will continue to come here but I will stop paying for the extra since I never get it anyway.

Hi we just went to this starbucks… and omg the worker carey was so pretty, sweet, and enjoyable to talk to. She made our drink amazing and made the experience extra special definitely will be coming back just for her!

A nice and clean location, and my beverage was great, but when I walked in I was never greeted or even acknowledged which is a major part the company having been a former employee. I know that customer service is horribly lacking and generally disappearing in society, but I was hoping that a company that was adamant about a high quality customer experience would ensure that their customer service would still be good. Hopefully they can improve this at this specific location.

Went thru Drive thru and ordered a Venti White mocha w/additional shot. Got a mocha instead 🫤. But the drive thru barista was pleasant and professional...and they did just open this location about a week ago, so I get it.
