I went to this Starbucks today, I’m not from Erie was visiting in town, ordered 3 drinks and 2 food items. When I walked in I saw two of my drinks were ready but not pushed all the way forward on mobile counter (at other Starbucks they set drinks forward as they become ready) so I reached and grabbed them. A young barista SNATCHED my drink from my hand and proceeded to yell at me that I cannot reach over the counter because my full order wasn’t ready. Her face was so red and she was so angry and unprofessional. She wanted to argue with me as If I did something terribly wrong. I told her how unprofessional she was and she continued to yell at me, the entire Starbucks got silent as her manager yelled at her to walk away and stop arguing with me. This barista is an embarrassment to your Starbucks and should not be working here. I am a daily Starbucks customer and never have I ever experienced an argumentative barista like her. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she was so quick to get hostile. Normally baristas I meet are so nice! I still can’t believe she snatched my drink from my hand! I am highly disappointed in how I was treated. I had my kids in the car and she is lucky the situation didn’t escalate further by the way she quickly disrespected me! Hoping she gets corrected by her behavior so she doesn’t continue treating customers like crap and ready to argue so quickly.

The manager was extremely rude. We ordered through the mobile app, and I accidentally used my mom’s company card. We pulled up to the window, and the manager was there to assist. The manger did not understand what we were trying to say. We politely told her we accidentally used the company card, and asked if there was any way we could pay with another card. She asked if we had the card that needed the refund, we said yes. When we received the refund, my mom tried handing her the card we wanted to use to pay for the drinks. The manager responded with, “it’s not even worth my time at this point,” and stomped away.

Visiting the area from out of town and this is definitely the dirtiest Starbucks that I’ve been to which made me wonder about the cleanliness where the food is prepared/heated. Trash on floors in every corner and tables were sticky and almost all of them had not even been wiped down. This place wasn’t even that busy but maybe they were short-staffed? The food was ok but wished they didn’t put the cake pops next to the hot sandwiches because they did get melty.I do have a hard time coming back to a place that doesn’t look at least clean, so I don’t see myself stopping at this specific location on my next visit, but I will add that although the place was unkept, the service was quick and the people working there were really friendly. So, friendly and fast service but dirty dining experience.

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. It's the only one remotely close to me so I keep going, but only if I know I have AT LEAST 20+ minutes to spend sitting in the drive through. Every.single.time. And they've gotten my order wrong twice. I've only lived in Erie for 4 months and it takes 20 minutes to get there so I really don't go all that often, so twice is a lot. I did give 2 stars because the employees are really nice, but it doesn't make up for the amount of time it takes.
