The young man working the windows today 6/3/25 at approximately 1145am, was super friendly, nice and polite. Honestly probably the nicest Starbucks worker I've ever come across.

So I have been going to Starbucks for sometime. This location was always close to my work. Well I work closer to the 12th street location now but I prefer to still stop in at the plaza location. This location just knows how to make my coffee. I am always greeted with a smile and a “hello how are you?” from Boris. I will continue to stop here even though it is out of my way.

Every time I mobile order at this location, it literally takes two to three times longer than the wait time posted to pick up my order. Two weeks ago it took over 30 minutes to get one caramel macchiato. This past Saturday it took 22 minutes.

Incredibly inconsistent.!!! The “barista touch” is a joke! Coffee is good then next 8 visits is made lazily (for their almost $20/hr). Because they all make it different… whether I’m in Seattle or PA, I expect my coffee to be made correctly and taste correct! Not like water!! They are never busy anymore and that’s for a reason! Starbucks really went downhill ! Negative stars!

25 minute wait for an online drive thru pick up order, and when we got the order, 1 of the 3 items was wrong. The manager said that's why he doesn't do drive thru orders.

My mother-in-law lives close to this location, so when we’re in Erie, we’re unfortunately closest to this Starbucks. I have worked from here and gone through the drive-thru more than a dozen times. While you (mostly) get friendly service, the quality control is absolutely abysmal. The guy behind the counter actually tried to convince my husband on Saturday that every other Starbucks makes a white mocha wrong and they make it correctly. Have you read the reviews???? This place couldn’t make a correct drink if they tried. Not surprised that the owner keeps responding with a canned response of “please share your feedback and we’ll re-make your order “. I don’t want you to re-make my order every single time. I want the coffee I pay for to taste like the Starbucks standard. Go to the Peach St. location instead; higher tech ordering screen so you know when your order is being worked on.

Also, when I have worked from here, all you hear is drama from behind the counter; who didn’t show up to work that day, who is late, etc. please save the drama for your private lunch break talks.
