Very rude waited in store for 5 minutes the three ladies working the counter were absolutely rude and when I stated if your ate to busy to wait on me then I will go some where else they stated fine go somewhere else

Nice establishment and the coffee drink was good, and was ready when I arrived because I had offered in advance. I was caught surprised when I went to ask one of the baristas a question and was ignored and she walked away. Maybe she had a request from someone in the drive thru. I have worked at Starbucks in the past, and even with a request, acknowledging the customer to let them know you would assist them was still something always done as they aim for high customer service. I am not sure where the disconnect has happened, but this isn’t the first time at a Starbucks that I have been ignored…sadly.

Never had their food. Coffee is usually good but my daughters Coffee tasted like coco powder. It wasn't good at all. She returned it and asked to have it remade and the manager gave her an attitude. She wasn't very nice about it.

Love this place. Quick service with great staff member!
This store was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. The drinks all tasted excellent and the staff even made me an ice water for my dog that I was not able to add to my mobile order. The only problem with this store is that the parking was very difficult to get in and out of. It’s a very busy street that the Starbucks sits on!

I sincerely hope their business model stops working. I waited 15 minutes for a tall dark roast and it never came out. I feel bad for the poor people working back there. They are receiving orders from the drive-thru and online at the expense of people who walk in simply to have a cup of coffee. It's no longer a functioning company in my mind.
