This store was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. The drinks all tasted excellent and the staff even made me an ice water for my dog that I was not able to add to my mobile order. The only problem with this store is that the parking was very difficult to get in and out of. It’s a very busy street that the Starbucks sits on!

I sincerely hope their business model stops working. I waited 15 minutes for a tall dark roast and it never came out. I feel bad for the poor people working back there. They are receiving orders from the drive-thru and online at the expense of people who walk in simply to have a cup of coffee. It's no longer a functioning company in my mind.

We just left here after being the only people of color. We weren’t acknowledged and stood at the register for 10 minutes without anyone saying a word to us. When I asked who was working the register every employee just stopped and looked at us, one of them said they would be with us in a minute. At this point we just left. Terrible service isn’t the word. At the very least acknowledge everyone and let them know that you will be with them, but to have people wait then acknowledge them when they ask about a position, that everyone knows someone should be working is just distasteful. Luckily we don’t live here so won’t have to come back

I was given a small bag of their green apron blend coffee to try and it was "amazing"! It's a blonde roast and I used my french press to produce the best coffee I've have in a long time. Thank you guys/gals! Much appreciated

Been supporting this SB store for over 10 years as I drive to Ohio to visit family. Never had a complaint until today. Ordered a black coffee (i.e. no frills choice). They have apparently adopted a new policy where no matter the minimum amount of time it takes to fill cup with coffee you are thrown into the queue with other larger more labor intensive orders. Whoever thought this was a good idea should be looking for another job tomorrow. Before today’s fiasco, I’m in and out and back on the highway in 2 minutes. Waiting 15 minutes today with their new system.

Spoke to the manager on the way out about the poor service and she could only offer a pitiful
“So sorry”. As I told her, will never return after today’s experience.

Real Busy had to wait between 10-15 minutes for my mobile order.

Parking: Small parking lot. Had to park in the plaza next door and walk over to Starbucks

Seriously this is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Only come here if you have time to wait 15-20+ mins even if you order ahead on the app and there’s not many people ordering inside or in the drive thru. The employees moved at a snails pace with miserable looks on their face and have no customer service skills at all. The seating area inside was very dirty too.
