Sucks over price and too strong to drink

I went to this Starbucks for two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. I got the two coffees but the sandwich with every bite I had had a hair in it. The hairs were sucked in to every bite of bacon, bread, cheese, and egg. Very disappointed and disgusted.

Great store. But, air conditioning is broke. It's hard to enjoy yourself with the heat.

Overall, they are one of the better Starbucks I have been to. The drive thru is efficient and friendly. As is the inside of the cafe. Usually wait times are not really long. EXCEPT on Saturday’s!!! (And probably Sunday’s also). Starting at 8 they are packed! Today I was warned if I ordered a cold brew it would take 20 mins. It actually took 38 mins! And, someone swiped my croissant before I could walk up to get it. Maybe, someone thought it was their order or just didn’t care because they were sick of waiting. They did make me a new one. Just avoid the weekends and you will have a good experience. If you need your fix travel down the road a little further and go to the cafe in Barnes and Nobles it opens at 10am and never really busy.

This Starbucks was amazingly fast. The coffee was delicious and well worth the stop on my 5 hour walk around Erie,Pa.

Any time I visit Erie, this is one of my first places to go.The store is always well stocked with lots of choices and a huge selection of books. There's always so much to look at and browse. The staff is usually pretty friendly.I usually walk out with a book, or two and sometimes even three.

So piece full and every book I love! Love that you can just read there and enjoy the silence! #totalbookworm

Love it here, but the cafe needs way more outlets for laptops...lots of students here and the ones sitting at the outlets are there for hours, making it difficult to access one...

if you sign up for b&n membership for $25, you can get $25 off a nook color or $10 off any other nook. you also save on almost all other products.

The best Barnes And Noble that I have been to, as it has two floors and a very wide selection of books in all categories. I love going in there whenever I'm up in Erie.
