I came into order a drink. I had to wait 15 minutes for my drink as other people were getting their's before me and in the drive thru. The staff acted all put out when I asked them about my drink. I have never seen a Starbucks operate like this in Erie..All the other Starbucks are friendly and don't let other customers behind you go ahead. Don't go to this Starbucks. Go to a different one. Horrible place.

Very rude staff particularly partner Shane and management is extremely unprofessional when attempting to address that. Every other Starbucks in Erie is honestly fantastic so this location being the way it is might be because it’s new ? Hopefully in time they can weed out the people who bring it down.

3 stars for food, ordered the bad dragonfruit drink, delightful only issue was I asked for the ingredients and the staff member stared at me and said "Bones??"........ 5 star for service, person helped me, I think his name was Rest Lessdraugr. 2 gold for atmosphere...... Very grim..... Was it necessary to hang the bone chimes outside the store???? (Picture of storefront and the bone chime I was talking about below) Like seriously!!! I could've sworn I saw a Mud Crab or whatever they're called in the bathroom unprofessional....

Absolutely loved it here so much better then the one on peach street loved the drink I got the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino it was delicious!
I order through the drive-thru each week and my order is made excellent every time. Wait is not too long, and my order isn't wrong or charged incorrectly. Each barista is polite and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and very fast with your order. Interior is very pretty and they have a nice supply of mugs and tumblers for purchase. Drive-thru is also very tidy! Incredibly friendly and polite staff working here!

I love love love this new location of Starbucks! Not only is it closer to my house but I don't have to travel to Peach Street for a Starbucks fix. All of my orders have been correct and everyone has been so pleasant. My only wish is that there was a no smoking sign in the drive thru.
