How are yall gonna put 1/4 of a pump of caramel in a CARAMEL macchiato. I didn’t realize it was WW3 and we were rationing syrups for our drinks. This has happened twice now, do better.

My coffee was good but my service was horrible. They didn’t even call my name when my drink was done because the two young ladies there aren’t working they’re socializing. Mediocre coffee. Crap service.

I was in this starbucks many times but today experience was really bad. I ordered chai tea latte with lavender foam. Drink was honestly horrible, never had that happen before, also really craved for lavender foam and asked to add more and I was willing to pay for that but they refused it. Overall horrible and not client oriented experience, hopefully it’s gonna change next time.

I don’t usually leave reviews on Starbucks but man I just had to with this one. For some reason this all female staff seemed to have an attitude. I dunno. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience i enjoy from a coffee shop. I worked as a barista so I’m well aware of what good customer service looks like. Please try to be a bit more pleasant and friendly or conversational. I guess I’m not alone cause three other reviews on here mention staff being “rude” and one saying they had an attitude. lol not sure what it was about but hopefully they’re in a better mood next time. It’s rough working Starbucks I know. Nonstop busy and hardly anyone tips like other coffee shops (which they def deserve!)

I enjoy the coffee and the different flavored drinks. I always like to add an extra shot or two of espresso to get that pick me energy.

I’m appalled by the management here, I found a hair in my drink and took it back, the manager appeared to be annoyed , not apologetic. Not even an apology, told me slide my card for the refund , handed me the receipt and shut the window. If I found a hair in one of the customers drinks I would be apologizing trying to making things right, how are you annoyed I found YOUR beard hair in my drink?!?

I used to go to this Starbucks several times a week but now that they got rid of the Cafe vanilla frappuccino I will never to go Starbucks again. They have lost my business including quite a few of my friends. Very disappointing
Most starbucks in Erie are very inconsistent. This locations is probably the best one we got. We always check the drinks before pulling away but this location hasn’t gotten it wrong yet.

Usually a hit or miss. I got a Venti matcha iced latte, with cold foam. More than half the cup was cold foam, the matcha was a super pale green. Didn’t even taste like matcha. Super saddening. It was super dead inside too, so it was even more disappointing. I get if you’re in a rush that you mess up a drink no biggie. But if it’s dead and you’re still making bad quality, it’s just disappointing.

Ordered a chocolate covered strawberry frap, literally perfect . My mom & dad love their cold brew with mocha . This Starbucks is the best out of every one in Erie !

Stopped in after shopping and ordered three milk steamers. Literally just steamed milk with a couple pumps of syrup and it took 20 minutes to get the order. Nobody else in the store and three people working. They prioritize mobile orders over people standing right there waiting. Terrible service.
