Last time we were in Erie my daughter wanted French fries so we went to the drive thru and waited for 20 minutes with a car in front of me. No one ever took that car's order and the car behind me left so I could back out. The time before that we were seated for 20 minutes before someone took our order. This used to be our go to stop while traveling from Ithaca NY to Ohio, but not anymore. I am so sad, this location used to be amazing. We will be looking for another place to eat...read full review
Stopped at the location on peach street in Erie PA and wanted to go through the drive through but there was a truck parked in it backwards and locked so no one can go through. Okay fine, go inside and wait to order and there are 7 employees total and maybe 3-4 tables with customers eating... not many so we sit and wait to get our order... the employees looking at us but not addressing us. My family and I went here for lunch one day, we walk in and there are crayons scattered all over the floor and all of the workers start leaving one by one. We sat down and ordered. It took about 45 mins to get our food and drinks, my grandma got an ice water with lemon and there was BLOOD on it! We ate and left. I don't recomend this place, my family is never coming back!!!
