Best Pizza and Sandwich shop in Erie for the price. Are there places that maybe make a higher end sub or fancier pizza? Sure. But you'll have to take out a second mortgage to feed the family. Steel City never disappoints and is a good value.

Ordered a small double cheese, pepperoni, mushroom pizza. I think I counted 8 pieces of pepperoni and a few pieces of mushrooms. Very little sauce. No flavor and it was $16!! Very disappointed!!

Ordered a huge order. Was delivered in 45 minutes. Everything hot and just how I ordered. I am picky. Delivery girl(sorry don't remember her name) is always personable and happy! Highly recommend! And will continue ordering!!

Pizza is normally good but a bit greasy. This last visit one of cooks putting pizzas in the oven gave me my to go order and took my payment with his hands covered in flour, no gloves or washing. Not a good sign for kitchen cleanliness or standards. Our last visit for awhile.

Completely AWFUL customer service. Will never order anything from there again. I ordered things, did not get them them the way I ordered and then I was yelled at and argued with about my order. two people on the phone and then one shouting in the background. All over an $8 sub. They just lost a lot of business from myself my friends my relatives and definitely all the people at my work. not to mention when I asked for a manager they would not tell me if they were one or transfer me to one. What the heck is wrong with them?

Don’t use a third party app such as Grubhub to order from here. I placed an order approximately 90 minutes ago only to have it cancelled. I sent a message to the driver asked what happened and they replied “Steel City doesn’t deal with Grubhub.” Next, I called the restaurant and they said that they don’t deal with Grubhub because they didn’t get paid last time someone used the app to order from there. When I mentioned that their entire menu is still listed as being available on the Grubhub app, the Manager said that it’s not their problem.
