May 2024 attended a wedding here. While I see a lot of very positive reviews, it seems people don't mention much of the clear issues with this venue.
I'll start with the positive. The wedding we attended was outside in the lawn. It was a pretty setting, and besides being on the flight path for the Erie Airport with occasional plane traffic that made it impossible to hear, it was beautiful.
The folding chairs were not great, but functional.
Parking - there is no real parking for this venue, so street parking is the main option, or a grass lot a block away.
Building / Safety - The structure is in very bad need of repairs. I'm attaching photos of the building. You will see issues with lots of missing shingles and it may be hard to tell in the photographs, but much of the old stonework is in disrepair or ready to fall apart. The is a massive tree in the back yard that appears to have been dead for many years and could be a real hazard. The iron railing on the steps were not safe.
Inside the building it looks better, but there are places where the floor slopes so bad it could cause people to fall.
The restrooms were small, and the men's room had two urinals and a single stall. I would say it would be unlikely that two men could or would use both urinals at the same time (no privacy or spacing - see photo). The cold water was not working at the sink so it was a bit hot washing hands.
Overall it appears that no repairs have been done in years. Lots of things are falling apart.

Didn't know the place was they had a very nice time. And decorated very nice to and will let people know how nice it is.
We did a 25 year vow renewal here. Everything was absolutely amazing. Tim was wonderful to work with
Graduation party ! Food was good lots of variety.
