Employee name Sara has a very bad attitude towards customers. Such a lazy employee who doesn’t know anything about customer service. I had veggie delight Sandwich and she counted tomatoes , cucumbers and barely added any veggies. When I asked to add extra on everything it was the same again.

Worst customer service. I had been standing in line since 8:54 PM, behind a woman who appeared to be a customer—but she was actually a Subway employee pretending to be in line. She stood there blocking the queue until exactly 9 PM. Then, she quickly paid and walked into the store. Immediately after, the employee at the counter turned off the lights and told me they were closed.
Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I’ve never seen any place claim their system stops working at 9 PM when there are still customers clearly waiting in line.

I try to order flatbread with steak the youngster lady take care of it but instead of putting 2 full flat scoops off steak she put 3/4 of first scoop and 1/4 off second scoop asking what I need more on my sandwich when I asked if it is all steak I’ll get she replied “I put 2 scoops of steak “ I refused to pay for that and I left!!!! Be careful cheater work there!!! Never ever buy there again and also I hope the head quarters see that review!!! Shame !!!
