I just wanna say that the staff at this Subway was amazing tonight! Best service I’ve ever gotten at any sub restaurant. Thank you and keep up the good work. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes for three foot longs.

Hours not correct. Online and door on the store says 8am. Staff came at 830. Please update. Was forced to spend about $30 more after getting there at 8am to order for our staff and ended up having to do delivery. Wasn't very happy honestly since I did my duty and checked both times online and in person.

Very Disappointed, with my Service. And The Manager was very ignorant & rude. When I told her that I ordered a ITALIAN BMT, WITH NO VEGGIES, WITH MAYO. She argued with me saying I ordered a BLT. When I got home & looked at my sandwich with 2 pieces of Bacon, I asked for a refund, she said I know what I heard. I have Never been treated with Such disrespect from any other Restaurant. Ever. Shame on you Subway ! I will be reaching out to their Customer Service !

the catering that they did for the school nurse luncheon was above and beyond what we could have imagine. Everyone enjoyed the subs, salad buffet, chips and cookies for their lunch. They graciously delivered and helped set up for our nurses and we are very satisfied and will be using again and again.

The 2 girls working had very bad attitudes, seemed very annoyed to be at work. Made mine and my fiancés subs very sloppy….and… OUR ROTISSERIE CHICKEN WAS STILL FROZEN… after asking multiple times if the sub was toasted because it did not look like it was. We ended up throwing both foot longs into the garbage. Definitely will not return.

I go to this Subway specifically because I always have the best experience and food at this one. I typically get mobile orders to pick up on my way to work, writing “thank you :)” in the special instructions box. These two workers always make my day when they write back to me on the bag!

Thought I'd try the Subway on 38th St the Italian roll had to be many days old your fingers poked through the crust and it was peeling off. The contents were fine. I thought I'd do their online complaint and it's all digital Absolutely no way to talk to a person. The owner did finally send me a response after a week. They said it would be made right and they were sorry. Great right, NOT.No response for 2 weeks now so I'm disgusted. If I would have received a apology and compensated for my purchase and not completely IGNORED Id still be a customer never again.
