Wicked Fluids

For the past nine months or so I have been taking my pregnant fiancé to this location because she craved Subway almost the whole pregnancy. Sadly she was not able to get their turkey sub because she is pregnant so she switched it up to steak subs. We have been to this location specifically too many times to count!! The service has always been and remains excellent. Even in the face of being busy and having a literal million mobile orders roll in. Our service remained top tier and food quality as well. The workers have been nothing but gracious and we definitely knew they remembered us every time we can in. My fiancé gave birth on Monday and she was soooo ready for a turkey sub! Today was the day and we went in for her long awaited sub! The works remembered who we were and asked if she gave birth! They were both so ecstatic to hear we had the baby and congratulated us. The experience was just so genuine and heartfelt it just really moved us both that they were so happy for us. We love this location and the workers there! That will remain our Subway till we no longer live Subway which will be never! Mariah and a gentleman whose name start with an “L” (I feel so bad I can’t remember) were the two who we’ve seen almost every time and they are world class workers and their kindness has won our business and appreciation that we will stay loyal to this location. They need some raises and extra paid days off for going above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed there!!! Thank you so much!!!

I had a great experience there last night. The lady at the counter was super sweet and provided excellent customer service. She stated she was working for a straight 13 hours straight, yet her attitude and mannerism were extremely pleasant. Dear management, please give this lady a raise 🙏 🙌

I placed an order online and when my fiancé brought it home , the bread was so freaking hard when I didn’t ask for it to be toast . I got triple the cheese instead of extra veggies!!!!! I actually love subway but now i don’t know

Everyone there was very nice,friendly and efficient. All except for Angie she was extra rude, I wanted to build a sandwich and it was rather obvious, she kept asking me what I type of sandwich I wanted, even though I was asking to add thing to the bread which they only had one of btw. I then said “sorry what?” because I wasn’t understanding what she was asking me, she then looked at me as if I was calling her a slur. Then the other employees cleared up the misunderstanding and took care of making the sandwich. Unlike Angie the young guy who made most of my sandwich was very nice and understanding, the other employee with the young dude was also very nice and helpful.

Great food but horrible customer care. I LOVE SUBWAY and always liked the fact I could do a sandwich indicating what I want. Apparently for Angie, this might be a problem...but why? If I pay why do you care?....not sure
