I was at this location on 09/11 at 6:30pm and I ordered a pizza sub with no cheese. I got bread with meat. That is is. I am not one to leave reviews but this was such a disappointment.

The employee was the only good thing, he was very nice, and made the sub "As he was told to"(his words). However, the sub itself sucked!! I love subways Philly Steaks, Big Fan!! Ordered the New "Cheesy" Garlic Steak. It was the driest steak sub EVER!! I know pics are deceiving, but I expected a "double serving of the NEW cheddar cheese sause," and was lucky I had Mayo and stuff at home to add because there was no "sauce" what so ever!! VERY Dissappointed Customer. Definitely Do Not Recommend!!

They didn’t have an up to date menu so I asked if they could make the cali turkey club and if they couldn’t it wasn’t a big deal and he said he could make it so I told him what was on it. I got home to eat and the bacon is like straight up rubber and it’s so floppy and gross and the cheese is in a huge glob not even melted. Not going to waste my time going back but I wanna let others know that I don’t think they care too much about the quality of the food they have. The tomatoes looked really wilted in their well and they just seemed very careless.

Gentlemen working with the receding hairline was very rude, doesn’t speak, just nods. And he rolled a flatbread up like a wrap, then when we said that’s not how you do it, he got an attitude and rolled his eyes at us. People in front were getting upset too.
