Dined in for lunch today and as we were sitting at our booth, the ceiling was dripping on us. It was not raining outside, it was sunny and clear out. It’s obviously not a new issue. It’s also one of the only subways in Erie that doesn’t accept coupons from the SaveAround Erie book. Won’t be back

I’m really disappointed. A worker by the name of Rhen had nothing to do better but laugh at me, and text her friends that I’m here to bully me while on the clock. Really unprofessional but also just rude?? I wouldn’t ever want a bully in my work environment. Not expecting to come back soon, looks like maybe some pictures were taken of me as well.
Lexy is amazing very fast and hard worker just me standing there and watching everyone with a smile giving her many compliments how fast she quickly she remembers everyone's orders I saw her make like 8 subs so fast . Will be coming to this subway more often because it's so clean .
Girl with brown hair did very good. Toasted my footlong to perfection. Other female with blonde hair sat there asking if we were done ordering about 6 times instead of making subs.

Dietary restrictions: You get to choose everything, so it should be simple to accommodate restrictions. Staff is accommodating if you ask them to change gloves, etc.
Parking: Nice, flat lot right in front of the entry.
Kid-friendliness: Welcoming for little ones and it is easy to choose healthier foods.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat lot on the same level as the entrance.

Don’t go on Sunday. They have kids running the place. Very careless and messy with making the sandwiches. Smashed the sandwiches. Didn’t care about the meatballs falling out of the sandwich. Either high or super clueless. Do not go to this subway!!
