“We decided to stop by here for Lunch. We were a group of 7 people.
We ordered Chalupa, Quasadilla, Chips and Guac and a Drink.
We all loved everything we ordered.
The staff here was really sweet and nice.
I will highly recommend visiting this location if you are a Taco Bell lover. 😍“
“my personal experience i go in a few times a year you order on a screen with very little human interaction which i liked the food came out fast and it tastes good to me and has never given me the famous post taco bell bathroom experience i don't generally dine in but the restaurant looks clean from the limited time i spend inside i usually stick to just a few menu items from preference they don't stuff the tacos with meat which is understandable
it's decent for a fast food experience it's fast and not a nightmare for introverts“
“I’ve gotten the grilled cheese burrito many times before and obviously they’re never consistent, but this is wild. It’s literally all tortilla.EDITED* just went tonight and i let them know the last time was horrible and they gave me my order for free….i wasn’t even being too much about it i just mentioned there wasn't much on it. “The staff has been told the customers must use the kiosk, even though one was down & multiple people were struggling with ordering what they wanted. A lady tried to force me over there (politely), but someone else stepped in and took my order at the corner. Made this location $60 more than the would have had they forced me to a touch screen while I’m looking at 4 staff members. Hope this management team reads this & allows people to make an order at the counter, like they should.“
“So close. If I would not have been disrespected/disregarded when I was verifying my order portions at the window. Admittedly I consolidate 3 of the exact same dish into one larger bowl; which I greatly appreciate as it reduces waste, effort, time, and gives little room for lost product on my receival which is also very anticipated to be ingested.
I was made to wait, feel forgotten, entered the restaurant to still be mistreated about why I was there at the counter from the BACK line...
I understand being busy, but there was no reason for me to walk past that bell instead of ringing it on my way out of the restaurant; despite the initial handling from drive-thru.
I have included a photo of this particular order. I believe anyone can see and knows that 1 is not equal to 3.“
“Can’t follow simple instructions with a mobile order. No tomatoes, include the requested sauce, a straw, and napkins, that’s all I ask. If you close and seal the bag, everything should be included in it ready to grab and go. I at least got napkins this time!“
“I've been picking up delivery orders (and some of my own) since this location opened. The staff hasn't missed a beat. They're all still as friendly and helpful as they were on day one. I don't mind waiting because I know they are preparing food so it arrives to the customer (or makes it home) hot. Not to mention, I get to see some pretty great teamwork and comradely.
Parking: It's definitely an awkward parking lot... I truly don't know how to describe the best way to get in or out. I definitely advise that you be cautious exiting onto 38th Street. I found for me the easiest way is to enter on zimmerly Road, pass by the drive-thru window and loop back around to the parking lot.“
