Not only does this Taco Bell have terrible customer service you can stand in line for 10 minutes and not be spoken to. The food is thrown together very sloppy and very carelessly if I could give it no stars or -5 that's where it would rate on my chart

my personal experience i go in a few times a year you order on a screen with very little human interaction which i liked the food came out fast and it tastes good to me and has never given me the famous post taco bell bathroom experience i don't generally dine in but the restaurant looks clean from the limited time i spend inside i usually stick to just a few menu items from preference they don't stuff the tacos with meat which is understandable

it's decent for a fast food experience it's fast and not a nightmare for introverts

This is the absolute WORST location I have been to. Every single time I go to this location my order is WRONG! I paid extra $ to have steak added to my 5 layer burrito in my luxe box and added rice that I didn't get, I didn't get my drinks and I never got my receipt even when I asked for a text message receipt I did not get one. I called once I got home and realized my order was not right and got told they would do nothing without a receipt BUT THEY DIDNT GIVE ME A RECEIPT TO BEGIN WITH! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE! Instead of the employees making sure my order was correct they were laughing and talking to a friend in lobby about marijuana. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE!

The older I get the more I am starting to think every single fast food remodel interior design is specifically designed in order to make sure you do not spend any amount of time there. It is absolutely baffling to google older images of the inside of a Taco Bell and compare it to nowadays. They used to have really nice booth seating lots of colors, just a really welcoming and fun atmosphere. They literally have flat steel chairs that are the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever seen and the ugliest thing I’ve ever looked at. It literally looks like the inside of a prison cafeteria. It is so sad to see how fast food places have became this way, they don’t want people to hang out inside and that is all there is to it. They want you to order at a kiosk and have robots working in the future with no human interaction.

Can yall explain to me when I do doordash its always an hour after I place the order that the food becomes ready and when I do drive thru with me and 2 cars it still takes a half hour... somebody toss a narcan smoke canister in this place

This is the slowest service at fast food places I've seen. Stood in the lobby for 20 minutes with 2 other customers who were there when I walked in. Not one worker asked to get my order so I go thru the drive-thru with 2 cars ahead and still sat i in the drive-thru for 15 minutes after taking order and didn't get asked if I wanted sauce
