The staff has been told the customers must use the kiosk, even though one was down & multiple people were struggling with ordering what they wanted. A lady tried to force me over there (politely), but someone else stepped in and took my order at the corner. Made this location $60 more than the would have had they forced me to a touch screen while I’m looking at 4 staff members. We enjoy their American version of Mexican food. Sometimes the service can be just a bit slow and I hate ordering from the kiosk. Wish there could be someone ( a live person) at the register.

I come to this taco bell all the time since it’s the closest to where I live. I never go inside and strictly use the drive thru so my review will reflect my experience using that only.
Today, I had an amazing order - whoever was working the lunch shift put in the extra effort and it made my day. My cheesy bean & rice burrito and spicy soft potato taco had a good amount of chipotle sauce, more than I experience at most Taco Bell’s.
