The girl who works late nights is rude. Not everyone who goes there is drunk. I work late and taco bell is usually my only option. I always need a receipt and someone purposely tears the bar code so I can't get rewards. Not to mention my order is usually wrong or old.
The woman working night shift 6/12/25 at 11:30 pm is extremely rude and unprofessional. 6/12 is my bday and after a long day of working a 14 hour day, I decided to treat myself to Taco Bell for my bday dinner. First of all, “use app” is not an acceptable greeting at the drive thru. Second, abruptly interrupting with “what else” before I could finish even saying anything is not a sign of my order being right. Before I could order the food for the second person in my car she just says “pull around”. The day shift staff are incredible, but whoever that lady is tonight should definitely not have been working directly with customers, I know each crew member wears a headset, so for the shift lead to not pickup on this employee just shows they must find that acceptable. We ended up just driving to the E. 12th location where service was way better and very friendly.

Why is it that they never get our order right. They are so stingy on the nacho cheese for the nachos! They put sour cream on them and the other items that are saying take off! Yesterday’s food was so bland like what the heck? We pay so much money for food that tastes like it is old. This store and the one on peach street are the same. Disappointing!!

Other fast food places are increasing their meal deal options and lowering the prices. Taco Bell is raising their prices and shrinking the quality of items. This is a great location, but Yum foods is dealing them a bad hand

Waited iat the drive-through around 11:30 tonight for steak garlic fries and steak dippers nobody said a single word to me when they pulled up. They just took my card and made me sit there and wait 10 minutes after I already paid just for a lady to come back and tell me that they were completely out of Steak and that both of my items that had steak on them had to get chicken or beef so I chose chicken and then another lady came to the window and asked me the same thing that the other lady just asked me and I told her chicken and then when she brought my food back, she didn’t say a single word to me just handed it to me It completely forgot my silverware I wasn’t even gonna go out tonight and go to Taco Bell, but I was really excited to try those steak, garlic fries, and the fact that you guys let me pay for it and made me wait just to come back and tell me that you were completely out of Steak is really messed up to do to somebody , yet guys want $15 an hour? Thats a joke
