Asked for an update, here it is, don't go there. Also, when you talk about your customers in the drive through you probably should keep it to yourselves instead of talking about them wasting your time.

Maybe if the manager wasn’t on FaceTime the food would have came out quicker then waiting 20 minutes the black lady with the orange hair. Be more professional and get off the phone

Visiting from Harrisburg area, and Manager, Cortnie, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have worked in customer service for years, and have never treated a customer as rudely and with such disrespect as she showed my wife and I. I was highly disappointed with the service, and seeing her abuse her position, that I refuse to return there when i visit the area again. I would like to know what qualities she exhibited to merit such a promotion, and would recommend immediate demotion for her and the person who gave her the promotion. Just terrible!

The worst Taco Bell in the Erie area. Every time I come here they always get the order wrong and it’s been that way for so long, very rarely do I ever have that problem at other Taco Bell locations beside this one. The cashier was also obviously on the influence of drugs and the staff do nothing but yell at each other. Out of any Taco Bell location, this one definitely needs to be shut down.

The food is good and the people are great as usual at any taco bell.

Went to the drivethrough on a sunday night, starting with a positive they got me my food incredibly fast. However when i was taking the time to check 20 seconds max that all of my food was there the lady reopened the window and told me to move (no one behind me). I just mentioned i was gonna finish checking which was responded with the demand to move. I finished checking anyway and sure enough one of my items was missing. When i brought it up they doubted me so i had to rehand them my order for them to check. They realized they messed up and told me to come inside then to get my final item. I was extremely aggrivated especially as someone who works on a timer too thats just not how you treat a customer. Only reason this is two stars instead of one was before i could say anything in person they gave me a coupon for a free taco due to the inconvenience.

ZERO STARS!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
We had to wait an ridiculously long time to get our food which we ordered on the app! Multiple cars have gone through the drive through! The music in the dining room is so loud you can't have a proper conversation. I was also ignored by 2 different employees.
Completely ruined our lunch date with my mom who is in a strict lunch schedule for work.
Totally ridiculous!!!
And all of this is apparently due to a order of Cinna buns.
Wow that would have been nice to know 20 minutes ago when we came in!
By the time we were able to eat the food was cold.
And my soft taco shell was soaked in grease.

If I Could would give a zero! The way they talk with door dashers, been waiting an order for 53 minutes, even if drive through was empty! And after that long wait they have audacity to argue with their customers!

Was hoping for nice easy dinner for the family. It was a mess. Lobby was not clean, tables sticky. Staff was too busy talking and listening to loud music. Lobby had lines. Received our food about 30 minutes after ordering. Then didn’t get it all, received a bowl that appeared to be missing so much food there was bare bottom on the bowl, mind you we paid over two dollars extra for the extra chicken and rice. Missing a quesadilla. The food was put together poorly. Received attitude when telling them about missing items. Just an overall awful experience
DoorDash Driver here. The workers didn’t speak to me for the first 8 mins in the store and blatantly ignored me. Food took way to long to make been here 15 mins still haven’t gotten the order. It also smells weird here. Now the lady in the back is cursing and complaining.
