The manager Logan & his colleagues are very rude & do not no how to treat there customers . The food they served us our 1 year old could have done a better job . Was nasty & messy I would never recommend eating from this location & will never go back. The cashier Janelle M intentionally spilled the drink she handed to him on him, he had asked her for a napkin to wipe it off and she smirked at him & shut the window. I have never in my 56 yers experienced such rudeness

Watch out for a very angry manager/assistant manager. The woman is incredibly passive aggressive and confrontational. Also, if you order anything that requires a fork, I hope you have napkins in your car—because you’re eating with you hands. This store in particular is an all time low for Taco Bell, I highly recommend driving a little farther to another Erie store for significantly better service.

This is a solid taco bell with very good prices compared to many I've been to. They did unfortunately mix up the contents of our one vegetarian and non-veg box, so my boyfriend who doesn't eat meat accidentally bit into a beef crunchwrap 😬. After that everything was good and cheap tho.
