Raymond is the store manager and he does a great job keeping a cohesive and happy team. Sophia, Alberto and the team are always smiling and are very polite when cleaning up in the dining area. Great location!

This location has never gotten an order correct, ever. They leave out the base ingredients, and throw things together like a toddler. If I want Taco Bell on my lunch break I know I have to order sides of base ingredients, and 7/10 if you order dipping sauces they give you the wrong ones. If I do have time to go back and ask them to correct it theyâre beyond rude.

Literally the absolute worst location to ever go ! After today 3/21/25 I will not keep giving this location anymore chances and will be filing a complaint.. I donât understand how food can be so horrible , missing ingredients , stale not even fresh even though it was âjust madeâ ⌠and good luck with any sort of customer service here , youâll stand there after youâve placed an order on your app and they still tell you âgo ahead and place an order at the kioskâ even tho youâre waiting for an order already because you know , theyâre just too damn busy to speak to you normally and welcome you like they used to .. horrible customer service. This location seriously needs shut down , I donât know how people are still supporting this place . After today i wonât be !

Just tried to get some food and once asked what I wanted the dude just ignored me. Even said hello and still got no response but some mouth breathing. Still have 4 hours left of your shift bro. Donât know why that was the response lol

Went through the drive through, very low employee effort. cheese isnât melted on our food and itâs cold. quesadilla was not cut, got a burrito and thereâs barley any food on the inside. sour-cream cup was barley even filled.

thereâs a reason why this place only has 3 stars. they wonât tell you when items are out of stock, they just wonât give them to you. they donât read the ticket slow enough when you customize a food item. instead, they take out the wrong things and keep what was requested to be removed. and if you want to have a taco and eat it like an actual taco instead of taco salad, good luck. theyâll only give you taco shells that have been absolutely shattered by being tossed in the bag. drive a few extra miles and go to one of the other locations where this stuff wonât happen to you.
