back home, taco bell is always a last resort and i know what i'm getting into. my experience here was the complete opposite. prompt service, correct order (neatly made!) and the best part: nice staff!!! thank you so much!!! also relieved there's SOMETHING open that late. it seems things close pretty early in erie so i was glad there was a taco bell open till 2.

Parking lot looks like taco bell doesn't even have a person to come plow it! Customers shouldn't have to trudge through dangerous ice, slush and snow to get into your business! Gonna be a fat lawsuit when someone slips and falls! I hope they do and they sue the breaks off this company and many others in this city who refuse to clear ice and snow from.their lots!

This Taco Bell is *AWESOME*!! My Boyfriend & I Are Vegetarian -AND, I'm Lactose Intolerant -AND The Staff/Team Members Are Very Good About Substituting Things For Us And Making Burritos, Taco, Quesadillas, etc. The Way We Like Them! Also, We Have A Dog, And Occasionally, She Gets A Treat In The Drive-Thru! So, Now, She Gets VERY *EXCITED*, When We Get Close To The Drive-Thru Window, 'Cuz She Thinks EVERYONE HAS Treats! lol{But, not Every Employee Does! Tho, They Are All Super Nice to Pets!❤️?} Also, The Managers Are VERY *GOOD* About Making Orders *RIGHT* If There Is A "MISTAKE"!! ?❤️So, If You Are Passing Through The Area....Or, Just Want A Quick Bite....STOP IN And Grab Something!! You'll Be Glad You Did!!?❤️?

Nachos bell grande missing items but didn't bother complaining because the staff were too busy dealing with other irate customers whose orders was screwed up. Beans/cheese were a salt bomb. Don't know which item was to blame.
