Employee Jennifer Keim is very rude. I asked to speak to someone in charge because my order was wrong and Miss Keim had an attitude and as she was raising her voice, I noticed her breath smelled very bad.. I will not be returning there

I've been picking up delivery orders (and some of my own) since this location opened. The staff hasn't missed a beat. They're all still as friendly and helpful as they were on day one. I don't mind waiting because I know they are preparing food so it arrives to the customer (or makes it home) hot. Not to mention, I get to see some pretty great teamwork and comradely.
Parking: It's definitely an awkward parking lot... I truly don't know how to describe the best way to get in or out. I definitely advise that you be cautious exiting onto 38th Street. I found for me the easiest way is to enter on zimmerly Road, pass by the drive-thru window and loop back around to the parking lot.
Pre ordered on the app, already paid for came to the store to pick up, was told a few minutes, now currently 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru possibly gonna be longer, idk what the night crew is doing but I’ve seen more people leave than orders being pumped out. This needs fixed!!!!

I will drive to this location to order food anytime before I drive to the location closest to me. Everytime I've ordered here the staff were friendly and there was little to no wait (dt) always get exactly what I ordered exactly how I ordered it.

the items i received were empty, not cooked/ properly prepared. the chicken in the chalupa was cold, the shell was hard as a rock (inedible). double stacked taco had barely any meat, cheese, nacho cheese or lettuce and the shell was cracked. the catina chicken taco had barely any chicken, it was paractically all lettuce. my nacho fries had no seasoning and barely any nacho cheese for them. truly disappointed. the quality of the food at this location has gone down tremendously in the last few months. do not go here after 7pm. that’s when the workers start getting lazy ?

Always my go to for a quick Mexican food fix. Except prices seemed to have gone up and food quality down.

Food is affordable if you use the app and order the online exclusive items. The veggie or regular box meal are good choices. Staff was friendly, order was correct, and the drive through moved at a decent speed
