I'm always looking for new places to try and I am glad I checked this place out! It's nice to have a fast and healthy option. I tried the strawberry banana smoothie and the get up n go green smoothie. Both were delicious!! I can't wait to go back and try the delicious looking salads!!!! Highly recommend for a quick, healthy, and delicious option on your lunch break or out shopping with friends

The owner Krystal was very nice she let me know all the vegetarian options .There are plenty of vegetarian options yayyy !!I love to support Women owned businesses like this .

Wonderfully friendly staff

I ordered the Wrap and Smoothie Lunch Combo (Amazing deal!) and it was delicious! The Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap is so flavorful and fresh. I loved the Get Up and Go smoothie. I will definitely be ordering that again. Krystal is so sweet and knowledgeable. I cannot wait to go back!

The food here is pretty exceptional! One of the few places in Erie that serves plant-based options. The owner is also one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and really does whatever she can to enhance your experience of the food! Only comment I’d make is I wish the online website was more customizable.

The food was AMAZING! We had the veggie wrap and the impossible burger wrap! Had to buy extra for later we liked it so much! It looked family run and they were all so sweet and kind!
