I absolutely love our local Texas roadhouse! Managed very well and always trying to satisfy the customer! Only downfall is it's always a bit busy.

Food was ok. Messed up drink and food orders but they corrected them. Way too many tables jammed in make it uncomfortable.

When I was there one of girls working there gave me a weird disgusted look at me before turning around and talking to her friends it made feel very uncomfortable and was the lowlight of my day it made me wish I never came to this place they also forgot some items in my order so one star rating is the best I can offer you

How can someone come in and get a s eat after being told 10 to 15 mins wait time but when I go in 5 mins before them I'm told 30 to 40 mins

As an Erie resident Texas Roadhouse is in my top 3. But as of lately their customer service has been going downhill! For starters, I called in to order some food few months ago and I was told I needed to come in to order mind you it was 8 pm. I got there and they told me kitchen was closed and when said I was told to come in, I was told I was never told that. Another situation occurred when me and a friend when I went to go pick up some food after a game, and Callie gave us our bags. We called back and told them that the girl gave us someone else's order and that we are bringing it back. the person who answered the phone stated that Callie told them we stole a bag and walked off. Well, that doesn't make sense seeing how we had to pay, and they handed us our food. ANOTHER TIME, a few of us came from work to have dinner and Callie was very snotty and her responses were sassy. We let the manager know which was a blond hair lady and it was as if she was annoyed to hear what we had to say and didn't even address the issue. Later during our mean the waitress a teenager boy was throwing our straws at us while passing our drinks lol. It's not all the time that the service is this as but there are some issues with Callie and management that they need to get straightened out

Called earlier for wait list Party of 10. Split between 2 booths. 5 large men don’t fit in booths. They did add a booth we were all split up.

Waited over an hour after ordering and when the food got to the table the steaks were burnt. The waitress, Rylee, was EXTREMELY rude. Would never go back.

Kid-friendliness: We had a 2 year old with us and they didn't care at all that they made us wait so long that he was so frigidity we basically had to take the food to go when it finally arrived. Very kid-unfriendly and inconsiderate to parents.

My steak was over cooked twice!! And It was freezing the last two times we’re in there the last we were there and the last night! The manager didn’t care that my steak was not cooked properly.

Worse service ever! Waitress was not friendly and seemed irritated or annoyed by our presence. Placed our order and the drinks were wrong, when told her she said I poured it from the right system, well something was wrong, why argue. The whole time there she never once checked on us or offered to refill our drinks. Another female walked by and asked us if our food was ok, I told her yes but refills would be nice and her response was your waitress is right there taking another order. Ok if she only knew she had not been to our table since she took our order. I wouldn't have mentioned it,if there wasnt a problem here. So, Why ask people questions, if you can't help. Finally, got tired of waiting for refills, I paid the bill. As soon as we start to leave, our waitress finally came over and asked if we wanted boxes. I said no we are done and we are leaving. I'm sorry but for the money you spend there, service should be better then what we got today. It wasn't even that busy for lunch time.
We have no plans to return any time soon.

I'm not sure what happened here, I have always had a good experience when I go to a Texas roadhouse. This time was different. The food took for ever to arrive, and when I asked why it was taking so long, I was told that the bone in ribeye takes a long time to cook. (Ordered by one of the other guys) When the food arrived, the prime rib and baked potato were cold and the potato wouldn't melt the butter. The leftovers were actually better after it was heated in the microwave.

My wife likes the food at the Roadhouse, so after a long morning of shopping we went there for a relaxing lunch. My wife ordered a salad with grilled chicken and myself, I ordered 1/2 rack of ribs with fries. Long story made short the ribs had 2 long frizzy red hairs in the meal. 1 hair on the ribs and 1 in the steak fries.. I stopped eating and we notified the waitress. She came back with the bill and comped my meal after offering to give me an order of ribs to go that I refused. I am more disappointed that the manager could not come over to discuss the issue and made our waitress take care of the complaint. I told her that there were no worries and left a very generous tip for the meal that she worked on to make us feel at home with. I'm just disappointed that the manager that should have addressed the issue didn't live up to their position and murphed the waitress with the duty. BOOOOOOO, horrible customer service.

Went to dinner with my grandson and his girlfriend. We had been looking forward to this night for quite some time. At least 3 couples were served and left before we even got our food. And we were there before them. After 30 plus minutes of waiting our food arrived. My steak was overdone and we didn't get all of our sides. They brought me a new steak it only took 5 minutes. After waiting so long we just wanted to leave. It was so disappointing especially since we had planned to go out to dinner for quite some time. The waitress was somewhat apologetically. We won't be returning anytime soon.
